Jim Gilchrist Regrets He Can’t Take Up Arms To Stop 'Tyrannical' Obama From Imposing 'One-Party Communism'

In an interview with Newsmax’s Steve Malzberg yesterday, Jim Gilchrist of the anti-immigrant vigilante group the Minuteman Project, lamented that he is unable to take up arms against a “tyrannical” U.S. government that will use both legal and illegal immigration to impose Chinese-style “one-party communism.”

“This is a politically inspired ploy by the Democratic Party that has been going on for decades to lure as many people from all around the world — it doesn’t matter if they’re here legally or illegally — lure them in,” he said. He predicted that new immigrants, once granted voting rights, will overwhelmingly support Democrats “and for the first time in the history of the United States, we will be a solid one-party system. It’s the same kind of system they have in China, it’s called one-party communism.”

“This is offensive,” Gilchrist raged. “What are we going to do? We can’t do anything. We have a tyrannical government and a wayward Congress who for the past two decades have let this happen.”

“You, your audience and me, we are essentially Americans without a country,” he added. “And what are we going to do about it? We can’t take up arms, we’ll be shot dead in the street. We use the First Amendment to peacefully engage and bring our grievances forward, and no one listens to us.”

Jim Gilchrist Warns Of Future 'Islamic President' Who Will Enforce Sharia Law Through Executive Order

The Minuteman Project’s Jim Gilchrist appeared on Dove TV earlier this week, where he warned that an increasingly powerful federal government under “presidents current and past” might eventually lead to an “Islamic president” who will “give an executive order that we will all now obey Sharia law.”

Gilchrist warned that the federal government is ignoring the rule of law by rebuffing states seeking to implement harsh anti-immigrant measures, arguing that such actions pave the way for Sharia: “For some reason [they believe] the central government should control everyone, control our lives. What’s going to be next, Sharia law?”

“Many of us are now beginning not only to fear our government but to despise it, I don’t mean in a hateful way, but in a very, very distrustful way,” he said.

But he was not so concerned about California, whose pro-immigrant policies he called “a cancer.”

“This is insane, it’s absurd, it’s like living in a home with no doors and let strangers come in and have their way with your family members, with your stuff, with your property,” he said.

Anti-Immigrant Activist On Deporting Child Refugees: 'We're All Going To Die Someday'

Yesterday, the Daily Show aired an interview with the Minuteman Project’s Jim Gilchrist on his plan to patrol the border with vigilante groups to stop what he calls a “Trojan Horse invasion” of Central American children fleeing violence in their home countries. Gilchrist dismissed concerns about the safety of the children — at least five of whom have been murdered after being deported from the U.S — in home countries that are plagued by drug-related violence.

“It’s unfortunate, but throughout history there have been children in one country who could not get to another country,” Gilchrist told the Daily Show’s Michael Che. “We’re all going to die someday. We can’t stop that.”

Trying to catch himself, Gilchrist added, “I’m not giving a death wish on these children coming here or the illegal aliens, I’m just saying that there are some things, realistically, you cannot stop.”

Back in July, Gilchrist sympathized with a caller to a radio show who suggested putting the child migrants in a prison camp and gassing them to death.

Jim Gilchrist: Hundreds Of Thousands Of Central American Children To Be 'Vanguard' In 'Trojan-Horse Invasion' Of US

In an interview on VCY America’s “Crosstalk” yesterday, Minuteman Project leader Jim Gilchrist claimed that the Central American children fleeing violence in their home countries who have come to the southern U.S. border are in fact part of an effort to place “hundreds of thousands of children in every state, almost every community in the United States” who “will be the vanguard for a much, much larger invasion.”

“It is an invasion,” he insisted. “There are two ways to seize a country: by military might, with bayonets fixed and guns blazing, or by a covert Trojan-horse invasion, where you incrementally transfer the population of one country — say Mexico, Central America, China, Russia, all these countries who have violated our immigration laws in masses and millions — transfer those people into the host country, being the United States, and by sheer numbers — I’m talking tens of millions — and by sheer numbers you will take over the infrastructure of that country and seize it without firing a shot.”

Earlier in the same interview, Gilchrist appeared to sympathize with a caller who suggested putting the children in gas chambers.

Gilchrist is attempting to recruit thousands of volunteers to join him at the southern border for an anti-immigrant operation that he’s comparing to the Normandy invasion.

Jim Gilchrist Sympathizes With Caller Who Wants To Gas Child Migrants To Death

Minuteman Project leader Jim Gilchrist appeared today on VCY America’s “Crosstalk,” where a caller chimed in to suggest that the child migrants who have fled to the southern U.S. border should be put into a gas chamber.

“We need to put them in a prison camp or a building and not give them any help, just lock them up with arms behind them, or otherwise we are going to put them in a building and gas them to death like they did in Germany, we can’t put up with this,” the caller said.

After host Vic Eliason chided the caller for her remarks, Gilchrist said he sympathized with her “angst” and “anger” at the “mob of illegal aleins.” He thanked the caller and commended her for sharing her beliefs, claiming that her call to kill the immigrants was simply a metaphor.

“I understand that lady’s angst and her resignation that we are no longer a nations of laws,” Gilchrist said. “She sees we are no longer a nation of laws.”

He continued: “Maybe the conduct du jour now is fight lawlessness with lawlessness, and if we are going to have a Congress and a president and a mob of illegal aliens who are going to snub their nose at the law, why can’t this lady feel the same way? I sense that is where her anger is coming from. She has no intention of putting anyone in prison, I think that was a metaphor. I commend her for coming forward with her feelings because I know what she is talking about. Thank you, ma'am."

Minuteman Project Leader Accuses Religious Groups Of Acting As 'Non-Violent Cartels' To Aid 'Covert Invasion'

In an interview with Newsmax today, Minuteman Project founder Jim Gilchrist accused religious groups that support immigration reform and the humanitarian treatment of children at the southern border of being “non-violent cartels” who are aiding “the 21st century slave trade” and contributing to a “covert invasion” of the United States.

Gilchrist claimed that “criminal cartels and non-criminal cartels, the do-gooders and people who want to save everybody in the world on both sides of the border” are using child migrants as “human shields, not in the sense of warfare but in the sense of ideological warfare between foreign countries and the government of the United States, the people of the United States.”

When host John Bachman asked Gilchrist what he meant by “non-criminal cartels,” Gilchrist replied, “I would say the religious orders, and it’s not only the Catholic Church, and there are the Protestant church or whatever, it’s several religious orders, it’s several individuals who have banded together to allow this to happen, who want this to happen, for either religious reasons or political reasons or ideological reasons.”

Gilchrist is currently attempting to recruit thousands of volunteer militia members to patrol the southern border in a project he’s modestly calling “Operation Normandy,” a mission that Newsmax helped him to promote at the end of the interview.

Minuteman Project Child Migrants Are 'Human Shields' In Effort To Turn US Into 'Latin American Nation'

Jim Gilchrist, the founder of the anti-immigrant militia group the Minuteman Project, claimed last month that child refugees at the southern border are being used as “human shields” in a “concerted effort” to eliminate immigration enforcement, warning that the United States is “becoming a Latin American nation.”

Gilchrist made the comments an interview with One America News Network’s Graham Ledger on June 19.
