Anti-Gay Activists: Day Of Silence Is 'Medical Malpractice,' 'Silences Conservatives'

Conservative groups including the American Family Association, Concerned Women for America and Liberty Counsel are urging parents to keep their children at home on April 11, the annual anti-bullying Day of Silence, in order to avoid exposing them to protests against anti-LGBT bullying.

Mission America’s Linda Harvey and Laurie Higgins of the Illinois Family Institute, an AFA affiliate, discussed the boycott plans on Harvey’s weekend radio show, where Harvey claimed that the Day of Silence actually represents “medical malpractice.”

“This is educational malpractice, it really is, and it really should be medical malpractice,” she said of gay rights advocacy, “especially when you have HIV rates and the other hazards we know that are out there for kids.”

Higgins added that public school educators “censor” anti-gay activists by citing concerns about “safety, or whatever that is,” and said that their curriculum “violates any kind of principles of sound pedagogy.”

Harvey warned that the Day of Silence helps LGBT and allied students feel “empowered in very inappropriate ways,” to intimidate others: “The Day of Silence, the real silencing going on is not the so-called LGBT students, the real silencing going on is conservative and Christian thought.”

“What’s dishonest about this movement is they don’t acknowledge that their end goal is not ending bullying, they’re using that; their end goal is to eradicate conservative moral beliefs or to make it socially, politically impossible to repeat them,” Higgins said. “This is dishonest to say this is just about bullying, this is really and truly about silencing conservatives.”

Harvey: 'Anti-Child' 'Gay-Stapo' Is Bullying Youth, 'Corrupting Children'

Writing today in BarbWire, Mission America head Linda Harvey claims that LGBT rights groups and “vicious homosexual bloggers” are the real bullies, while Christian students are increasingly the victims of “troubled ‘gay’ adolescents whose destructive actions went unpunished.”

Instead of disciplining these gay bullies, Harvey says, schools are instead embracing bullying prevention programs from the “gay-stapo” who are “corrupting children with misinformation and hyperbole about bullying, all laced with explicit ‘gay’ sexual messages” in their “mandated ‘LGBT’ indoctrination” courses.

“The real tragedy is that these groups in reality exploit vulnerable and fragile kids, all the while espousing great compassion and, disingenuously, ‘tolerance’ as a motive,” she writes. “And let’s just be frank: there’s one type of bully in the current climate almost never held accountable: the verbally combative homosexual, lesbian or cross-dresser who taunts and insults others.”

Harvey says anti-bullying efforts are part of the left’s “war” on religion: “But if anyone thinks these desperately discontented people will stop their assault at Christians, think again. First, they came for the Christians and the children….”

The Human Rights Campaign now says RFRA bills are a “license to discriminate.” That’s their take on the Constitutional guarantee of religious freedom for millions of Americans.

It’s essentially a declaration of war.

First Amendment rights shouldn’t be controversial. What’s astounding is the notion that “gay” behavior must be honored by force if necessary, even as marriage.

Or as respectable identities for children. But “anti-bullying” policies are now perceived as essential in public schools nationwide and are often a cover for mandated “LGBT” indoctrination and suppression of any objections.

Activists both inside and outside America’s schools are pushing kids toward homosexuality and gender change while demonizing conservative values that would steer them elsewhere. The teacher’s unions are on board, and the gay-stapo hopes no concerned parent or astute student recognizes that hand grenades are being thrown into the school environment. Critics of current religious freedom bills might want to take a look at the behavior of activists at the schoolhouse before they dismiss those measures as “unnecessary.”

Using disruptive, anti-child advocacy, the Human Rights Campaign (promoters of the grade school gender confusion program, “Welcoming Schools”) and GLSEN (sponsor of the victim-posturing “Day of Silence,” held in April in public schools) are busy corrupting children with misinformation and hyperbole about bullying, all laced with explicit “gay” sexual messages.

The real tragedy is that these groups in reality exploit vulnerable and fragile kids, all the while espousing great compassion and, disingenuously, “tolerance” as a motive. And let’s just be frank: there’s one type of bully in the current climate almost never held accountable: the verbally combative homosexual, lesbian or cross-dresser who taunts and insults others. In the adult world, this is personified by vicious homosexual bloggers who spread lies, distortions, and have called me and others vulgarities I’d never attribute to my worst enemy, but to them, it’s their daily bread. How these people have gotten any traction is beyond unbelievable. They’d never last two weeks in the corporate environment.

Then there are students who fall into this category. I know of several situations where life was made a living hell for peers by troubled “gay” adolescents whose destructive actions went unpunished.

But if anyone thinks these desperately discontented people will stop their assault at Christians, think again. First, they came for the Christians and the children…

Peter LaBarbera Warns Gay Rights Advocates Are 'Trying To Steal Christianity'

Anti-gay activist Peter LaBarbera is outraged by the existence of Christian gay rights supporters and is afraid of a plot to "steal Christianity."

During Saturday's edition of Mission America Radio, LaBarbera told host Linda Harvey that columnist Kirsten Powers' opposition to Arizona's "right-to-discriminate" bill is proof of the warning that "there's a huge movement on the left" to "steal Christianity to make it pro-sin, pro-homosexuality."

Harvey agreed and said that people are "sick and tired" of the gay rights movement: "There is no evidence homosexuality is inborn, it's a learned desire and behavior and so we just have to keep standing on that truth and we know tons of people agree. You've had calls recently with people out of the blue are saying, 'I want to be involved,' who have never been involved before. They are sick and tired of it."

Linda Harvey Warns Gay Boy Scouts Will Bring Disaster To America

While still angered by the Boy Scouts of America’s decision to allow openly gay youth to join the scouts, Linda Harvey of Mission America is even more upset by Disney’s decision to end its funding of the BSA because the organization still bans older gay members from serving in leadership positions.

“Yes indeed we know how aggressively the homosexual movement is pushing its views and its behavior on kids and this is one of the most troubling trends in our culture right now, can you imagine how the Boy Scouts will change even more if this happens?” Harvey wondered about the BSA potentially dropping its prohibition on gay adult leaders.

After quoting from an American Family Association statement about how “Disney is sold out to promoting same-sex twosomes,” Harvey urged parents to consider the anti-gay group Trail Life USA.

“Pray friends for our nation’s boys because this corrosive culture has targeted them and these advocates of immorality would love nothing more than to see millions of boys corrupted early,” Harvey said. “That spells disaster for them as men and for America as a nation.”

Daubenmire: My Critics Are Doing The Work 'Of Their Father, The Devil '

Ever since he was rejected for a head coaching position at a local high school in Ohio, "Coach" Dave Daubenmire has been playing the victim, claiming he was discriminated against and had his character assassinated and was all but abandoned by his brothers in Christ.

Over the weekend, Daubenmire took his sob story to Linda Harvey's radio program where he asserted that he was denied this coaching position simply because he believes that marriage ought to be between one man and one woman.

Anyone even vaguely familiar with Daubenmire's videos knows that it not at all true, as he has a long history of saying outrageous and bigoted things; a tendency which he demonstrated once again during this very interview with Harvey when he asserted that people who criticize him are pawns of Satan, lamented that society has gotten to a point where people are no longer ashamed of being gay, and likened gay marriage to pedophilia and incest:

Harvey: These are the folks that are the biggest bullies of all ...

Daubenmire: To stand up and blatantly and boldly and without a conscience right at your face, I don't know how people can do that other than they're of their father, the Devil and the works of their father they will do. That's the only way I can explain it.

Harvey: I truly believe that's the case too. These folks are not operating out of a Christian goodness of anybody's heart because they do not love the truth

...

Daubenmire: What ever happened to shame, Linda? See, there was a day when someone would not come out of the closet because it was shameful. You didn't want people to know that about you. And unfortunately, sexual behavior is a behavior, it's not an orientation, it's a behavior. And you and I know that many of the people who are caught in the homosexual lifestyle, Linda, they're switch-hitters. They swing both ways. So I ask people, are you born bi-sexual? Are you born a pedophile? I mean, we've got to begin thinking this stuff through, especially as Christians and unfortunately we just have not given a great deal of thought to it but rather just swallow what the liberals try to cram down our throat.

...

Linda, I have people say to me, you know, they say all the time Coach that you discriminate. I say tell me where the discrimination is. I can't marry a man and the guy next door to me can't marry a man. Either one of us can marry a woman.

They say you guys get to marry the one you love. I say that's not true. I can't marry my daughter. I can't marry three women. I can't marry my son. I can't marry whoever I want to just because of love. That's not it. But see again, we're not real clear in our own thinking about some of the lines that they're hooking us up with.

Harvey: The reason this agenda is advancing is because people are willfully ignorant.

Somewhere down the road, these latest remarks will probably be quoted back to Daubenmire or used against him and he'll respond by once again playing the victim, claiming that he's being attacked simply for being a Christian who believes in the Bible.

Burress: 'Many Homosexual Men Have As Many As Two Hundred Sex Partners'

Yesterday, we reported that Ohio anti-gay activist Phi Burress appeared alongside Linda Harvey to criticize gay rights advocates as “bullies” who seek to “brainwash” Americans.

Later in the show, the Citizens for Community Values president told Harvey that “many homosexual men have as many as two hundred sex partners.” Brurress cited the gay rights group Lambda Legal to back up his claim, but he is most likely referring to “The Lambda Report,” a newsletter distributed by the virulent gay rights opponent Peter LaBarbera.

Harvey agreed with Burress’ wild assertion and insisted that gay rights groups “push kids to early sexual behavior.”

Burress also criticized the plaintiffs who are challenging an Ohio law that prohibits same-sex couples from adding both names to their child’s birth certificate.

“This defies common sense,” Burress said, joking: “It’s like I’m going to take my cat and try to get a dog license for it, and when they tell me, ‘No that’s a cat,’ I’m going to say, ‘No it isn’t, it’s a dog,’ and see what they say.”

“Did the world stop and start spinning backwards or something?”

Burress: Gay 'Bullies' Attack People Until Same-Sex Marriage Is 'Forced Down Their Throat'

Phil Burress of the Ohio-based Citizens for Community Values says that despite the attempts by gay rights advocates to "brainwash" people into support marriage equality and have the issue "forced down their throat," people intrinsically oppose same-sex marriage.

Burress, who encouraged Sen. Rob Portman (R-OH) to put his son in ex-gay therapy, of course would never support such brainwashing!

He told Mission America host Linda Harvey on Saturday that the polls, such as one showing a majority of Ohioans supporting marriage equality, are skewed because surveys may not be able to register the sentiments of people who oppose same-sex marriage but won't say so because they are afraid of getting "harassed" and "beat up on" by gay "bullies."

Burress insisted that people "know in their heart" that same-sex marriage is wrong, while Harvey added that they also "know that homosexual behavior is really, essentially, disordered."

Burress: This is a hard issue. That's why from 2004-2013, in just about every poll that I've seen there's only about 6 percent on average, 6 percent of the people that don't have their mind made up on this issue. People know in their heart that there's something wrong with this picture and they're adjusting their heart. The 6 percent are being swayed with TV ads, propaganda, radio, all the media, and I find it absolutely encouraging that after all of this time that's been going on and people have been brainwashed and this has been forced down their throat that they're revealing a poll that only 47 percent of the people support same-sex marriage.

...

Burress: In just about every election, we always do better at the polls than what the polls say when it comes to support of marriage of one man and one woman. I had a long conversation with George Barna last November out in San Francisco, I said: "George, when you do these polls, do you keep track of how many of these people refuse to answer a question?" I think you're going to have more people who will not answer a question about where they stand on same-sex marriage than other questions because they're afraid. They're afraid they're going to be harassed and they're going to be beat up on and they're going to be, you know -- that's their tactic, they're bullies Linda, they're bullies, that's how they got to where they are. You cannot win in the long term being a bully, it just doesn't work. You gotta to win with logic and you gotta change people's hearts and in their hearts they know that marriage is between one man and one woman.

Harvey: And they know that homosexual behavior is really, essentially, disordered.

Scott Lively's New Anti-Gay Coalition: Governments Should Suppress LGBT 'Propaganda'

Anti-gay activists Scott Lively and Peter LaBarbera held a press conference today to announce the formation of a new Coalition for Family Values to fight the “destructive” LGBT agenda around the world. They were joined by “ex-gay” activist Greg Quinlan and Diane Gramley, president of the American Family Association of Pennsylvania. Linda Harvey of Mission America sent a supportive statement.

And don’t worry about calling these guys anti-gay. The rationale behind their new coalition seems to be that too many other Religious Right leaders will only speak out against marriage equality but not against homosexuality itself for fear of being labeled a hater or bigot. That approach, said Lively, is “unprincipled.”

The coalition’s statement says:

“…the vast majority of the people of the world do not accept the notion that sexual deviance should be normalized. It is time that these voices are heard on the world stage before the so-called elites of the Western powers impose their inverted morality on everyone through the manipulation of international law, which they clearly intend to do.”

To explain why a new coalition was needed – after all, it’s not as if there aren’t already plenty of groups pushing anti-gay policies overseas -- Lively said:

“We believe that the pro-family movement is not being well represented at the moment. Because most of the people that are in the leadership positions are afraid to speak the plain truth because of the media….We’re not against gay marriage and gay adoption because they’re just bad public policy. We’re against them because homosexuality itself is harmful to the people who practice it and to society.

The organizing statement written by Lively and signed by his new coalition partners says,

“Let us pray for healing for those who choose the LGBT path, and (within reason) respect their right to be wrong in their private lives. But let us not allow the LGBT political movement to transform the world in its own distorted image.”

For Lively, respecting “within reason” people’s right to be “wrong” seems to be limited to society not persecuting gay people who have sex in private. He says he doesn’t believe people should go to jail for what they do in their own bedroom, as long as they aren’t trying to move society away from what he believes is a biblical approach to sexuality – what he calls the “one flesh paradigm.” He said, “And that if you’re going to be engaged in that kind of behavior, then stay in the privacy of your home and not try to transform the mainstream culture according to your sexual values.”

Another point of the press conference was to praise Russian anti-gay laws. Says the coalition statement, “we want to praise the Russian Federation for providing much-needed leadership in restoring family values in public policy, and to encourage the governments of the world to follow the excellent example that the Russian government has set in 2013 and 2014 by banning LGBT propaganda to children and limiting the adoption of children to natural families only.” Peter La Barbera cited a poll saying that 74 percent of Russians say homosexuality should not be accepted in society, adding, “Good for the Russians.”

Lively said his goal is not the criminalization of homosexuality. But, he said, the government has “an affirmative duty to protect the natural family and to discourage all sex outside of marriage.” He says he’d like to return to the days “when adultery was a criminal act.” Such laws, he says, would be lightly enforced, but would help discourage sex outside marriage. What really bothers Lively, he says, is that pro-LGBT ideology has “infiltrated” the government; there needs to be a “separation of LGBT and state” so that the government is not allowed to advocate for “the homosexual perspective.”

Pushed by conservative activist Cliff Kincaid about the ways the anti-gay “propaganda” law in Russia is being used to suppress free speech and freedom of the press, Lively said he didn’t favor that. But he said he was “torn.”

“There is a zero sum equation here – that you’re either going to have society that believes that sex belongs inside of marriage only, or that it’s really anything goes within the principle of mutual consent. Those two ideas are mutually contradictory. In Russia, the Russian policy is to favor the pro-family perspective and suppress the speech of those who are against it. In the United States, it’s the pro-gay perspective that’s favored and anything against that is being suppressed.”

When Kincaid challenged that claim, noting that Lively was holding a news conference and, unlike gay rights advocates in Russia, he wasn’t been arrested or beaten, Lively said, “I wish there was a good balance that could be struck.”

“I try to make all of my policies based on principle, and my principle is, the most important thing in dealing with this issue is that we need to affirm the biblical standard of one-flesh sexuality. All sex outside of marriage is harmful to society. Now, right now, the challenge to the Russians is how far are they going to let aggressive homosexual propagandists get a foothold in their society. And they’re looking at the United States, and they’re seeing what’s happening here.

When we started extending tolerance to these activists -- you know in the 1950s, Dale Jennings of the Mattachine Society said the goal of the gay movement was the right to be left alone – that’s a direct quote. And as soon as we extended tolerance, then they began demanding more, and more, and more. You give ‘em an inch and they take a mile.

If there were some balance we could have, in which people who want to live discretely in a gay subculture can articulate their views in context, in which it’s not going to be tearing down the fabric of society, then I’m all for that. But if the only choice is suppressing a harmful propaganda, and giving it free reign, I’m going to choose the suppression of the harmful propaganda. Because we’ve seen in our country the consequences of not doing that.

Lively complained about businesses being punished for refusing to provide services to same-sex couples. “This is what the homosexual activists do. They are the worst bullies in society. If you dare to stand up to them, even if all you say is that I believe marriage is between a man and a woman, they try to destroy you.”

Lively made a similar point about the anti-gay law in Uganda. He claimed to have encouraged parliamentarians there to focus on “prevention” and “treatment” of homosexuality rather than punishment, and said he believes the law is overly harsh. He even said he had turned down a Ugandan who wanted to join the new coalition. But, he said, he was asked, “If you could only choose between the Ugandan law minus the death penalty, or complete freedom for the homosexual agenda in Uganda, which one would you go with?” His answer: “And I said, well, I would have to with the restriction, because you have to put the children ahead of the adults. And that’s what Russia is doing…it’s the lesser of two evils.”

Both Lively and LaBarbera were contemptuous of the notion that same-sex couples with children could be considered a family. In response to a question about children with gay parents, Lively said he rejects the premise that they are a family.

“I think there’s a false premise in your question, that these are families. I don’t believe that they are families. I think when two people who define themselves by a type of sexual behavior put their own sexual interests ahead of the interests of children, that that is not a family.”

Lively said same-sex couples are “posing” as mothers or fathers.  LaBarbera denounced “the bizarre concept of subjecting innocent children to households that are intentionally motherless or intentionally fatherless.”

Gramley from the Pennsylvania AFA affiliate said that children exposed to “homosexual propaganda” in schools, books, video games, and entertainment are like “lab rats” or “guinea pigs.” Said Gramley, “We recognize the outcome of this war on the family will determine the very future of humanity itself.”

Linda Harvey’s written statement sounded a similar tone:

“To be a faithful Christian in many of today’s U.S. public schools means for many students that they walk into a daily atmosphere of sexual anarchy, institutional bigotry and widespread deceit….Our next generation in the U.S. is being deliberately corrupted through such wayward guidance from deviant adults. We applaud the steps Russia is taking to ensure this is not the path for their students, and we encourage more countries to make the same wise choice, to say ‘no’ to homosexual activism.”

Lively seems unwilling to entertain the idea that his years of travelling the world to denounce LGBT people as threats to children could be in any way responsible for violence against LGBT people. “We unequivocally condemn any violence against anyone, including homosexuals,” he said. LaBarbera chimed in to say neither Lively or other activists he works with have ever espoused violence or hatred. Really.

Lively said he only put out the word to get coalition members two days ago and that responses are flooding in from around the world. Among the recognizable Religious Right figures who signed up are Matt Barber, Tim Wildmon, Bryan Fischer, Gordon Klingenschmitt, Janet Porter, and Sally Kern. No haters there.

Linda Harvey Blasts Glenn Beck For Speaking Out In Opposition To Russia's Anti-Gay Crackdown

Mission America's Linda Harvey has been a vocal supporter of Russia's anti-gay "propaganda" law from the very beginning and now she is going after Glenn Beck for criticizing the rise of anti-gay bigotry in Russia and declaring that he would stand with GLAAD in opposing it.

On a radio commentary earlier this week, Harvey said the Russian law was really pretty mild and restrained and that incidents of anti-gay violence are not reflective of the law or those who support it. And the fact that Beck feels the need to speak out against what it happening in Russia, Harvey said, is a sign that he is either "grossly uninformed or he's compromised" on this issue:

The victim posturing of the homosexual playbook claims that gangs of people are now regularly beating up homosexuals in Russia as a result of this law and a Russian celebrity was quoted with an insane comment, something about homosexuals being burned alive.

Now come on, nobody gives any credibility to statements like this, but if you listen to groups like GLAAD, the homosexual pressure group, they claim anyone who applauds the new anti-propaganda law would agree with such an idiotic statement.

It's terribly confused and even Glenn Beck jumped into the fray expressing outrage over this celebrity's comment and saying he stands with GLAAD, the group that is anti-Christian and anti-morality. Beck is either grossly uninformed or he's compromised on this issue. He would not be the first so-called conservative to buy into this horrendous movement even as it jeopardizes the health and future of many kids.

...

This is a distraction, like all the rest of this publicity, which takes the focus off the law, which is that homosexual promotion and public endorsement and school programs do have an influence on kids and it is a harmful one.

Harvey: Homosexuality Is Just Like Anorexia

As Kyle noted earlier, Linda Harvey of Mission America joined the American Family Association’s Tim Wildmon and Ed Vitagliano today for a riveting discussion about homosexuality and Harvey’s new book, “Maybe He’s Not Gay: Another View on Homosexuality.”

But the informative conversation didn’t end with the anti-gay activists’ thoughts on “gaydar.” Later in the interview, they moved on discussing to how homosexuality is like anorexia, a theory that Harvey apparently lays out in her book.

Vitagliano agreed with Harvey’s assessment that just as anorexic people are “driven by an impulse not to eat” because they believe they are overweight, gay people are under the false impression that they are gay and so think they are attracted to people of the same sex. “It’s such a perfect and biblical view of a person who sees themselves as homosexual,” he said.

“Your body is made to eat, otherwise you will starve; with homosexuals, your body is not made for the kind of relations they have, it’s made for heterosexuality,” Harvey added later in the interview. “We’re basically all heterosexuals.”

She concluded that both people with eating disorders and gay people are “deluded” and on a path to “self-destruction.”

When In Public, Tim Wildmon Can Tell Who Is Gay Because 'They Walk Like A Girl'

One thing we constantly hear from anti-gay activists is that they do not hate gay people and, in fact, personally have a lot of gay people either as friends or family whom they know and love. But that must not be the case with Tim Wildmon and Linda Harvey because, after listening to them talk about gay people for a few minutes, one has to wonder if they've ever actually even met a gay person.

Harvey was a guest on "AFA Today" recently to discuss her new book "Maybe He's Not Gay: Another View on Homosexuality" and during the interview, Wildmon began to wonder just why gay men are so effeminate, declaring that when he is out in public, "I can tell you who's gay" just by looking at them.

"They have these effeminate, a lot of them, actions," Wildmon declared. "They walk like a girl, a lot of them. I mean, I'm just being honest. This is what everybody says but maybe nobody talks about publicly, and it just makes you wonder, how did that develop, where does that come from?"

An ignorant question like that deserves an equally ignorant answer, which is just want Harvey provided, blaming it on Hollywood's effort to "feminize" men by providing male role models that "just aren't masculine."

"It's very wrong," she said. "It is definitely pulling people away from a biblical model of manhood and womanhood":

Harvey: 'Gays Are All Closeted Heterosexuals'

Mission America’s Linda Harvey has finally exposed the secret that all gay people have long sought to conceal: that they are secretly straight and are just pretending to be gay!

Who told?

In a WorldNetDaily column today, Harvey argues that “no one is a homosexual and everyone is a heterosexual.” “‘Gays’ are all closet heterosexuals, terrified someone will find out and blow the lid off [the gay rights] movement,” she adds.

The only reason gay rights advocates oppose Russia’s new propaganda law, she claims, is because it will stop secretly-straight gay people from influencing children “toward harmful behaviors that are unnecessary, unnatural and harmful.”

“‘We can’t let anyone figure this out, not while all this television coverage is going on!’ HRC must be thinking,” she continues. “So the perpetually ticked homosexual movement will screech, prance and whine, accusing everyone in Russia of mob attacks, or human rights violations, or whatever.”

While she never explains why anyone then would “choose” to be gay, Harvey does compare gay people to damaged cars in need of an auto repairman to fix them.

They wonder if they might actually be heterosexuals after all.

With the upcoming Winter Olympics, not only do the Russians have to figure out if/when radical Chechens may incite violence, they have to keep an eye on the “LGBT” folks, too, not necessarily for terrorist acts, but just for generally annoying disruptions.

The international outrage of homosexualists is being unleashed on Russia because of a new law. Russia actually allows open homosexuality among adults, but passed a law recently prohibiting the promotion of homosexuality to minors. So what’s the concern?

Don’t we all want the best for children? Apparently not. The fear of the pink mafia is that the soft underbelly of their movement will be exposed, showing they badly want to influence children and also that there’s no inborn homosexuality. This reality is the backbone of the new Russian law, because children can be influenced toward harmful behaviors that are unnecessary, unnatural and harmful.

Let me repeat that: unnecessary, unnatural and harmful. No teens are born to be “gay.”

Horrors, comrade! “We can’t let anyone figure this out, not while all this television coverage is going on!” HRC must be thinking. So the perpetually ticked homosexual movement will screech, prance and whine, accusing everyone in Russia of mob attacks, or human rights violations, or whatever.

This is how bullies behave. They push others around as a cover for their own weakness. America is just now beginning to see this movement for what it is. When Vladimir Putin said that “gay” Olympic athletes and visitors have nothing to worry about in Russia as long as they “leave children alone,” he has framed the situation with a vital truth missing for years in the West. Children suffer for being exposed to and sold this deviance, because none of them have the “born-that-way” destinies Western and EU activists wish existed.

The infuriated “gays” are all closet heterosexuals, terrified someone will find out and blow the lid off this movement.

Remember that decades-old standby claim of the “gay lobby,” that those who concentrate on exposing and fighting the homosexual agenda must harbor repressed “gay” desires?

Well, no more so than plumbers and auto repairmen might be called “obsessed” with pipes and transmissions. It’s because something is broken and needs to be fixed. And the brokenness is getting in the way of a functioning pipe, car – or culture.

The reality is, no one is a homosexual and everyone is a heterosexual. And those who have developed, fantasized and nurtured those “gay” feelings really don’t like reality. It makes them want to attack. Or it makes them start vicious organizations like GLAAD, to make the lies seem real and respectable.

It makes them stupid enough to try to take on the Russians. All I can say is, good luck with that.

Harvey: God Wants Us To Have Anti-Gay 'Yuck Factor'

According to Linda Harvey, among God’s gifts to the world is the feeling that gay people are “yucky,” or at least that is what she said during an interview yesterday with Sandy Rios of the American Family Association.

Harvey, who runs the Ohio-based group Mission America, was plugging her book Maybe He’s Not Gay, which is meant to explain to young people why homosexuality is wrong. “What’s happening to children is the whole reason I got into this issue to begin with because they are being manipulated at very impressionable ages,” Harvey told Rios, lamenting that children are being told “you need to not find this stuff repulsive.”

“You need to find these sex acts, once you find out about them at way too early an age, you need to not find them repulsive,” Harvey said. “The yuck factor is being taken away from our kids and that is a huge preventive issue and a common sense issue on homosexuality where people know, wait I would never do that, yeah that’s a basic instinct that God has given you and it’s the right one.”

“What’s at stake is the future of civilization,” Harvey continued, warning that the gay rights will “overturn every vestige of civilization.” She said gays will “overturn male-female dating patterns, everything, every cultural norm that children are being taught so we really need to stand up against this.”

  • Linda Harvey says that she removed her new book from Amazon because it had become the target of "a smear campaign by those who had not read the book" and "since the book is brand new and I didn't want it to be harmed by this uninformed and vicious campaign stimulated by 'gay' bloggers, I decided to pull the page for now."

Harvey: Obama 'Most Racist President In US History' By Supporting Abortion Rights, LGBT Equality

Conservative commentators were stunned and outraged that Oprah Winfrey claimed that “there is a level of disrespect for the office [of the president] that occurs” and that some of the animosity towards President Obama is driven by race. On her radio show last week, Mission America head Linda Harvey said that Obama is the real anti-black racist, and that he may be “the most racist president in US history.”

Why, you might ask?

Because he supports legal abortion and gay rights, of course:

I could not disagree more with Oprah Winfrey. Is Oprah unaware that she defends a black president who was re-elected to a second term? It’s not skin color that people object to with Obama, it’s his ungodly values that endanger Americans of all races and backgrounds. The slaughter of unborn African American babies, even those who could live outside the womb, the president is apparently okay with that. Young African American males disproportionately contract HIV, Obama’s policies have produced more youth homosexual behavior, not less. No, if the definition of racism is to support policies that harm people of color, then Barack Obama is the most racist president in US history and Oprah Winfrey is his cheerleader. We need God’s help to raise up new leaders for America, ones who will protect and defend America and Americans, let’s all pray for that.

Lively: Gay People Behind Anti-Gay Violence In Russia

While Russia is experiencing an increase in violence directed at gay people and enacting new laws criminalizing pro-gay speech, US Religious Right activists Scott Lively and Linda Harvey are simply denying the prevalence of anti-gay violence. In fact, Lively is blaming other gay people for the uptick in hates crimes.

On her Saturday “Mission America” radio show, Harvey said that anti-gay violence in Russia has nothing to do with the country’s anti-gay laws, while Lively explained that actually the only violence occurring is “gay-on-gay crime.”

“Russia does have nationalists, these are Nazis, the same as I wrote in the book ‘The Pink Swastika: Homosexuality and the Nazi Party,’ that’s the same thing,” Lively said. “The guys that are beating up gays in Russia—and it’s not any more prevalent than it ever has been really and it isn’t all that prevalent at all—but the ones that are doing it are butch homosexuals who are beating up effeminate homosexuals, the same thing that happened in Germany; this is gay-on-gay crime, at least that is what it appears to be.”

Lively believes that gay people controlled Nazi Germany and launched the Holocaust in order to take revenge on Jews for viewing homosexuality as a sin.

Much like in “The Pink Swastika,” Lively offers no credible evidence to back up his claims that gays in Russia are facing violence from other gay people…other than his belief that anyone who is a Nazi must be gay.

Lively also said that he met with Russian Orthodox Church’s leadership to “pitch the idea of the Russians adopting the rainbow as a Russian symbol, a Christian symbol, reclaiming the rainbow and to do the Russian Olympics under the banner of the rainbow that says ‘the rainbow belongs to God.’”

“It looks like they are going to do that,” Lively continued. “Get all the pro-family organizations to come along to declare 2014 ‘The Year of God’s Rainbow’ and all of us adopt it—I’m wearing a pin right now that says ‘Reclaim The Rainbow: Ezekiel 1:28’—I think all of us should just start taking the rainbow, putting it on our webpages, wearing it and just take it away from them, it doesn’t belong to them.”

“Fabulous, fabulous, neither does the word gay,” Harvey added.

Lively said that while the “United States is becoming a gay Soviet Union” and “collapsing into totalitarianism with a heavy gay emphasis,” Russia is emerging as a great Christian country thanks to their laws suppressing gay rights.

“I’m taking some credit for this,” he said while describing his record of anti-gay activism in Russia.
