NRA board member Ted Nugent appeared on Sons of Liberty Radio yesterday to talk about how his organization is “the pinnacle of self-evident truth” as found in the Constitution, unlike President Obama whom he called a “Chicago gangster” and a “diehard Communist.” Nugent also said that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is a “murderer” who “intentionally kept security away from American citizens so they can get blown to smithereens,” called Vice President Biden “an absolute buffoon,” and accused Attorney General Holder of “gunrunning.”
But the interview ended abruptly when Nugent complained about audio feedback: “Boy, that’s getting to be a pain in the ass, what kind of radio station is this?”
I understand logic, I understand common sense, the commonality and sensibility of it all, and here in 2013 the NRA was the ultimate celebration, the pinnacle of self-evident truth, ‘we the people’ adherence who understand that ‘we the people’ are the bosses of our elected officials. It’s gone tipsy turvy where we have a Chicago gangster, ACORN community organizer, scam artist and diehard Communist as the President of the United States, a gunrunning Attorney General, an absolute buffoon for a Vice President and a murderer as the Secretary of State who intentionally kept security away from American citizens so they can get blown to smithereens.
National Rifle Association board member Ted Nugent today accused President Obama of supporting “a system that daily unleashes monsters back out on the street” while “disarming law-abiding citizens.”
“The president and his anti-gun crazies,” Nugent writes, are determined to pass laws “banning guns,” when they should be “banning criminals.”
He said that the left has embraced an “anti-American” and “morally bankrupt agenda” that “will achieve nothing except to rape our Constitution and urinate on the vision of our Founding Fathers.”
These anti-gun posers couldn’t be more wrong. The real central issue that all Americans with common sense understand is about keeping violent maggots in cages and not disarming law-abiding citizens.
This is why the NRA and good, decent Americans don’t trust the president and his anti-gun crazies. To focus their efforts on restricting the rights of law-abiding Americans instead of doing whatever they can to revamp a system that daily unleashes monsters back out on the street where they will commit more heinous, unspeakable crimes is the worst crime of all.
The cops, prosecutors, judges and prison officials know who these monsters are. Knowing that they will more than likely commit more vicious crimes, the “system” unleashes them anyway.
The left’s solution to this willful act of barbarism: ban certain types of guns and high-capacity magazines that are rarely used in crimes.
Clearly their agenda is banning guns, not banning criminals or saving lives. And their morally bankrupt agenda is wrong, anti-American and counterproductive. Their agenda will achieve nothing except to rape our Constitution and urinate on the vision of our Founding Fathers.
The ever-articulate Ted Nugent writes at WorldNetDaily today that liberals and their allies in government, teachers’ unions and the media are carrying out a “brainwashing jihad.” He says they are using schools to “vilify guns,” which will help them achieve their “ultimate goal of disarming America.” Just as Saul Alinsky wanted…
Like the brainwashing jihad running amok among government goons and most of America’s media, our social engineering indoctrination camps (formerly known as the public school system) clearly have it in for guns.
This is not surprising since these camps are controlled by the National Education Association, which is the largest contributor to the bigger/more-control government-approved party (formerly known as the Democratic Party).
While liberals proclaim they are the vanguards of free speech and tolerance, that protection only applies to their leftist, dope-inspired agenda that destroys everything it touches. The purpose of kicking little Billy out of school for drawing a picture of a gun or wearing a pro-gun T-shirt or eating a locked and loaded pop-tart is to simply vilify guns, or in the words of Eric “Fast & Furious” Holder, to “brainwash” Americans against the Second Amendment. Achtung, baby!
However, like every other brain-dead liberal idea that backfires, kicking little Billy out of school provides him even more time to play video games, many of which are violent. You don’t need to be a school psychologist to know that little Billy plays computer and video games much more often than he cracks open a leftist, historical revisionist school book.
Our social engineering indoctrination camps are intentionally sending the message to kids and parents alike that guns are evil. Commie community organizer Saul Alinsky would be proud. It takes a very special person to dedicate his book to the devil, which must be why Hillary “No security for you” Clinton was so enamored with old Saul.
Alinksy-inspired radicals are not interested in facts, only to advance their anti-freedom, anti-American agenda of destroying the Second Amendment.
They once again re-kick-started their agenda by championing the banning of so-called assault weapons and high-capacity magazines.
They did this because they believe these weapons and magazines could be easily demonized in the wake of numerous gun free zone slaughters. This tactic meets Commie Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals No. 12: pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.”
Part of achieving the ultimate goal of disarming America is to vilify guns at every opportunity. Constantly drumming the message home that guns are evil to little Billy and Susie who attend social engineering indoctrination camps is part of the plan.
In a WorldNetDaily column today, Ted Nugent claims that President Obama has no interest in pursuing the perpetrators behind the Boston marathon bombing and that liberals are partly to blame for the tragedy because they “champion keeping nuts out of nuthouses.”
“Liberal logic is evil’s best friend,” Nugent writes.
He adds that if the marathon bomber “is found to be from a Middle East country,” the U.S. should deport all people from the Middle East and “put a boot in their ass.”
As I write this, the cops don’t appear to have any solid leads or suspects in the Boston Massacre II.
The president pledged to bring the individuals or organizations responsible for this massacre to justice. Good for him. But I don’t believe him.
The president also promised to do the same for the terrorists who killed four of our citizens and torched our mission in Libya. So far, nothing. He should have provided proper security that was requested time and time again to have prevented the attack. Go figure.
Though no Libyan terrorists have been apprehended, the president continues to argued that punishing law-abiding Americans will somehow magically protect Americans from murderous bug-eyed psychotics. The very concept is terminally flawed: that liberal dog don’t hunt.
Regardless the flavor of psychosis, the terror America faces is planned and executed by evil, soulless lunatics. Whether its religious voodoo nutjobs or young men with loose screws or strung out on doctor-prescribed pharmaceuticals, the enemies we face are a potpourri of over-the-rainbow kooks, flakes, crackpots, screwballs, cranks and evil nuts who could stand facing a sandstorm and not bat an eye.
The lesson here is that while the good guys of the thin blue line do what they can, a crackpot intent on blowing up Americans has a reasonably good chance of setting off bombs without getting caught.
Wringing your hands and hoping you’re not in the frag pattern of the next bomb is not a meaningful strategy unless you are a frightened liberal who needs a conservative to protect you.
There are things we can do to make America safe.
Using the president’s logic of punishing the law-abiding for the acts of the deranged, should the psycho who bombed the Boston Marathon be found to be from a Middle Eastern country, we should immediately cancel all student visas and work permits for people from the Middle East. As my buddy Toby Keith sings, “put a boot in their ass,” and send them all home on the next available flight.
Keep things in perspective. You are much more likely to be a victim of a paroled thug than being blown up by a religious voodoo kook. Blowing holes in paroled punks is a great crime-control strategy and a proven deterrent that reduces the overall violent crime rate. Dead bad guys don’t repeat crimes. Never forget, the only good bad guy is a dead bad guy. I recommend ticker-tape parades for people who dust bad guys.
So long as liberals champion keeping nuts out of nuthouses, there is little we can do to keep lunatics from gaining access to guns, gas, knives, blowtorches or bomb-filled Buicks and committing mayhem.
We should arm a few teachers to protect our kids. Our shopping malls should follow billionaire Warren Buffet’s lead in allowing shoppers with concealed carry permits into his Nebraska Furniture Mart in Omaha.
Common sense will protect us. Liberal logic is evil’s best friend.
Ted Nugent, who last year wondered “if it would have been best if the South had one the Civil War,” now claims that he is defending African Americans against their real enemy: President Obama. Nugent, who has described Obama voters as “subhuman varmint[s]” and “pimps whores & welfare brats” and criticized civil rights activists for “lisping their ebonic mumbo-jumbo,” is out with a new WorldNetDailycolumn which argues that Obama and his Democratic allies “have raped and plundered black America.”
Nugent maintains that Obama, whom he has threatened to kill and accused of having a “racist agenda,” “is the clear and present engineer of the destruction of black America” and that “the Democratic Party has been the engineer of the destruction of black Americans.”
Barack Obama, the guy who received roughly 93 percent of black American votes, is the clear and present engineer of the destruction of black America.
It’s not all the president’s fault, but the economic and social policies he endorses are destroying what is left of a once proud and strong black America.
As a MotorCity Motown guy whose gravity-defying career pivots on my intense adulation for my black musical heroes, it pains me deeply to witness this self-inflicted destructo derby. The destruction of blacks has been engineered by President Obama’s party for at least the last 50 years. The New Deal was a raw deal, and The Great Society experiment didn’t turn out to be so great after all. It has been an unmitigated disaster for black Americans.
With all this unbelievable negative information, what is more unbelievable is that black Americans continue to support Democratic politicians who have raped and plundered black America forever.
It was a damnable lie when Vice President Biden stated at a campaign rally attended by many black Americans last fall that if the country elected Republicans they would “put y’all back in chains.” What a disgrace and clown Vice President Biden is. He’s a national embarrassment.
The truth is that the Democratic Party has been the engineer of the destruction of black Americans, and everyone knows it except the very people who need to know it the most – black Americans.
The turbo-destruction will continue for black Americans until they realize that dirty Democrat politicians are their true enemy, not their salvation. Fortunately, some are beginning to embrace this self-evident truth.
Regrettably, the study of modern-day black history by future historians will not be bright or rich. I predict the fundamental blame for this will be laid at the feet of the Democratic Party.
There is no doubt that my 2013 tour will be the best of my life. With world-class virtuosos paying tribute to our black heroes nightly, it is only fitting that this year’s tour is aptly titled, “Ted Nugent Black Power 2013.” Say it loud: my music is black and I’m proud!
Ted Nugent called into Glenn Beck's radio program this morning to explain why he will be attending tonight's State of the Union address as a guest of Texas Republican congressman Steve Stockman. As Nugent explained it, Rep. Stockman wanted him to attend to serve as a counter to President Obama's "masterful scam artist fraud delivery ... every time he opens his mouth [who] will stack the audience with his props" and because Nugent "has trounced the anti-gunners every time they dare debate me."
In fact, Nugent declared that "I have the right to be there" as a representative of "logical, productive, conscientious, law-abiding Americans" who "stand in opposition to President Obama" ... and he'll be placed "right out in front of him," which Beck thought was just "fantastic":
PFAW has written an open letter to House Speaker John Boehner to disinvite Nugent based on his long history of issuing violent and vulgar threats against President Obama and Democratic leaders.
In the wake of a year teeming with incidents of heartbreaking gun violence, it came as quite a shock to see Congressman Steve Stockman (R-TX) announce yesterday that he is “excited to have a patriot like Ted Nugent joining me in the House Chamber” for President Obama’s State of the Union address.
This so-called “patriot” has repeatedly threatened the life of the president.
With a gun in each hand, Ted Nugent once publicly called Obama a “piece of shit,” saying he “told him [Obama] to suck on my machine gun” and suggested that Hillary Clinton “might want to ride one of these into the sunset, you worthless bitch.” In the same incident, he also threatened Senators Barbara Boxer and Dianne Feinstein with gun violence.
At an NRA event last year, Nugent infamously warned that he would “either be dead or in jail by this time next year” if President Obama were re-elected. After People For the American Way’s Right Wing Watch publicized the video of his comments, the Secret Service began an investigation of Nugent.
The First Amendment protects Ted Nugent’s rights to say offensive things, but that right does not extend to making threats of violence against public officials. And it certainly does not give Nugent a “right” to be granted a privileged position of honor as a guest of the House of Representatives at the President’s State of the Union address.
So today we are calling on you, as Speaker of the House, to disinvite Nugent from attending the State of the Union address. This is not a question of civility; it is a question of whether or not to tolerate violent threats. We cannot invite those who openly threaten the life of the president to be part of this celebrated tradition. Allowing Nugent into the House chamber for the address will send a clear message of condoning such threats.
In a country still reeling from recent shooting sprees and striving to find ways to reduce gun violence, it is unconscionable to invite to the State of the Union address a man who has repeatedly threatened to kill our nation’s president.
President, People For the American Way
Nugent in the past has threatened to kill President Obama, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and California Senators Dianne Feinstein and Barbara Boxer.
“I was in Chicago and I said hey Obama, you might want to suck on one of these you punk; Obama, he’s a piece of shit, and I told him to suck on my machine gun,” Nugent screamed during a concert while brandishing two machine guns, “Then I was in New York and I said, ‘Hey Hillary you might want to ride one of these into the sunset you worthless bitch…. Then I was out in California and I thought, Barbara Boxer, she might want to suck on my machine gun, hey Dianne Feinstein ride one of these you worthless whore.”
In an interview with WorldNetDaily published today, Ted Nugent said that gun owners will channel Rosa Parks and defy any future “anti-American” law prohibiting certain assault weapons. He told WND that measures to reduce gun violence emerge from a “subhuman culture” that is “infesting our government and society.”
“If it comes to the actual implementation of an actual confiscatory directive from our president, then I do believe that the heroes of the law enforcement will defy this order. I do believe that there are enough soulless sheep within our government who would act on such an illegal order but I believe the powers that be at the local, state, and regional law enforcement would halt such an illegal, anti-American order,” said Nugent.
Nugent continued, “You are talking to a guy who talks to more gun owners in more heated and concerned conversations than anyone who lives. These are top notch heroes of law enforcement and military who understand this experiment in self-government and we will not let it [gun confiscation] happen, we will do it peaceful.
“But there will come a time when the gun owners of America, the law-abiding gun owners of America, will be the Rosa Parks and we will sit down on the front seat of the bus, case closed.”
Nugent has been a long-time champion and outspoken defender of the Constitution and Second Amendment. He told WND the media narrative after the Sandy Hook tragedy in Newtown, Conn., has been shameful.
“The shock and dismay and heartbreak, then just the specific gun issue, but there is a subculture, dare I say subhuman culture, infesting our government and society that would zone in on hardware and inanimate objects instead of people’s conduct and the justice systems failure,” he said.
He hammered the Obama administration for going after the constitutional right to bear arms, as he said, “The media and the government is hell-bent on convincing that water is dry and we should all reconsider our conclusions about the dampness of H20. These people are out of their cotton-picking minds and they scare Americans who are committed to logic, truth, and common-sense, and real solutions instead of the insanity that I witness from our government and media.
“If you were attempting to write an offensive script to a new ‘Planet of the Apes’ movie, I couldn’t come up with a dumber and [more] unbelievable insanity than our government and our media is perpetrating on the American public,” Nugent said.
After attacking Bob Costas for criticizing America’s gun culture, Ted Nugent is blaming America’s purportedly “politically correct culture” for the school shooting in Newtown, Connecticut. In an op-ed for the far-right Washington Times, Nugent said that the shooting occurred because of the country’s “’anything goes’ value system” which “vilifies, condemns and mocks traditional societal values and customs at every opportunity.”
Some blabbermouths already are using the Connecticut school massacre to promote their anti-gun agenda even though more gun laws won’t prevent a psychotic from getting a gun and killing us.
Like an iceberg, we only periodically see the psychotic manifestation, the tip of our shattered culture, but what lies just beneath the surface is a gigantic cultural cancer that is rotting America from within.
The ugly and dangerous truth is that we live in an embarrassing, politically correct culture that exalts and rejoices in the bizarre; aggressively promotes an “anything goes” value system; and vilifies, condemns and mocks traditional societal values and customs at every opportunity.
We’ve embraced a culture of contempt that attacks the very institutions that make for a healthy and strong society, and then we’re shocked when it spirals out of control. The only thing I’m shocked about is that anybody is shocked.
More laws and more restrictions won’t fix our culture. The problem we face is much deeper and more insidious. What ails us is a spiritual bankruptcy of cultural values that actually matter. More laws and restrictions can’t cure that.
Until we admit what’s at the heart of the matter, we will continue to put a Band-Aid on gaping wounds and try to convince ourselves we’ve done something meaningful.
As with most things, the cure to this mess begins and ends with the family. Traditional family values have been under siege for decades by our culture of contempt. In the absence of a solid family, the whole thing slowly unravels and rots.
Ben Shapiro on Breitbart says David Petraeus didn’t willingly resign but was pushed out by the “Obama Mafia” and his “resignation is only the most recent evidence that the Obama administration will lie to the American people to achieve its ends.” Laura Ingraham and Monica Crowley seem to agree.
Allen West’s initial legal challenge to force a recount has been denied.
La Shawn Barber of WORLD magazine hopes that “homosexual activism in government schools is a spark that will ignite a larger movement among Christians to take their children out and homeschool them or opt for private Christian schools” as parents “peacefully protest homosexual indoctrination.”
Erik Rush, once again, asserts that “voter fraud and possibly electronic tampering played a part in the victory of Barack Obama and other Democrat office holders,” still offering zero evidence.
Charisma publisher Steven Strang is urging all Americans to vote for Mitt Romney.
Sen. Scott Brown is bravely using Hurricane Sandy as an excuse to skip the final debate against Elizabeth Warren.
Is there a "new Christian conservatism"? The fact that it was unveiled at the Family Research Council headquarters makes us doubt it.
Ted Nugent says "we are all heartbroken that the Herculean work ethic that dominated The Last Best Place and made America The Last Best Place has dwindled considerably since the big lies of The New Deal and The Great Society succeeded in brainwashing a segment of our country to believe Fedzilla would provide for anyone who decided, for whatever reason, to not be productive." I have no idea what that is supposed to mean.
Last night, the Discovery Channel ran a one-hour special on guns that stars a fanatic who threatened to kill President Obama and other officials and was investigated by the Secret Service in April. In 2007, the Discovery Channel’s new star wielded two machine guns while yelling, “Obama, he's a piece of shit. I told him to suck on my machine gun.” Then, raising up one the guns, he said, “Hey Hillary, you might want to ride one of these into the sunset, you worthless bitch.”
Discovery’s new star is "Motor City Madman" Ted Nugent, who ominously warned in April that he would “either be dead or in jail by this time next year” if the president wins re-election. He then compared Obama and Clinton to a coyote that needs to be shot and called on his supporters to chop off Democrats’ heads in November. After those remarks were publicized by this blog, he was investigated by the Secret Service and commanders at Fort Knox cancelled his scheduled show there, citing his “public comments about the president of the United States.”
The Army has standards, Discovery apparently doesn’t. That reminds me, I’ve been hearing a lot of people complain about Honey Boo Boo, which plays on Discovery’s TLC. Say what you will, but at least she never threatened to kill the President. The same cannot be said of Nugent, star of last night’s one-hour special – Ted Nugent's Gun Country.
Nugent is best known – to the extent that people still know him at all – as a hard rocker from the ‘70s. He was crazy then, and time has not been kind to “Uncle Ted.” From a reality TV perspective, so far so good.
Nugent is a hunting enthusiast, to put it mildly, and a longtime NRA board member. The Discovery special is focused on that aspect of his life. But where we start to run into trouble is Nugent’s long record of extreme and hate-filled rhetoric.
Now, we could have a debate about whether someone who displays the Confederate flag, says real Americans are white, calls female leaders a “toxic cunt” and “dirty whore,” thinks gay men are “despicable” and so on should have their own cable TV show. But we don’t have to. We have a much simpler question at hand about violent rhetoric – should someone who has threated to kill the president and other officials get his own TV show?
In Nugent’s case, it’s even worse. He made the threats on multiple occasions and has a history of violent rhetoric. In 1990, he said he “would have killed everybody,” including fellow Americans, if he had been in the service and sent to Vietnam. In 1992, he said this of Heidi Prescott of the Fund for Animals, “Who needs to club a seal, when you can club Heidi?” In 1998, he told Fox News’ Alan Colmes about how he’d like to shoot and kill armed immigrants “invading our country.”
Nugent seems to take great pleasure in his song “Kiss My Glock.” At concerts, he’s called out the many people he wants to kiss his gun, including Jesse Jackson, former Congressman David Bonior, and Sarah Brady, the former RNC staffer whose husband served as President Reagan’s press secretary and was seriously wounded in a 1981 assassination attempt – both since have become gun control advocates. During one rendition of the song, Nugent even shot an arrow at a Nazi-flag-waving Janet Reno.
Nugent’s violent rhetoric has been covered widely in the press, so we can only assume that Discovery knows all about it. But even reality TV should have some minimum standards. It says a lot that we can’t even agree to draw the line at threatening to the kill the president.
