Louie Gohmert Says Latinos Will Vote Republican Because They Believe In God

Rep. Louie Gohmert seems to be convinced that a spike in border crossings by unaccompanied minors is part of a sinister plot to push non-citizen children to commit voter fraud to help elect Democratic candidates.

In an interview yesterday with News Talk Florida host Dan Maduri, after suggesting President Obama invade Mexico, Gohmert once again laid out his new conspiracy theory, suggesting that undocumented immigrants unlawfully voted for Obama in the 2012 election in return for welfare benefits.

However, the Texas Republican then said that Latinos will begin voting for Republicans because the GOP is the party for those who believe in God: “Now over time I think they will eventually realize that those in favor of hard work, faith in God and belief in democracy will eventually start voting Republican, but in the meantime I’m not sure there’s a country left by the time they realize that.”

He also told Maduri that Obama broke his oath of office over immigration policy.

William Gheen Denies Calling For 'Illegal And Violent' Action Against Obama

For some mysterious reason, the Los Angeles Times has decided that William Gheen of the fringe anti-immigrant group Americans for Immigration Reform is a credible source for immigration policy stories, and last week invited him to participate in a live debate on the issue with two immigration reform advocates.

To her credit, Times report Ann Simmons confronted Gheen with the transcript of a 2011 radio interview — first reported by Right Wing Watch — in which he implied that “illegal and violent” tactics might be needed to stop President Obama’s war on “White America.” (Simmons mistakenly said that Gheen made the comments on the previous day.)

After hearing his comments read back to him, Gheen denied ever calling for violence because he is dedicated to “peaceful, civil-rights-type efforts," and said that because of his dedication to peaceful “civil rights” work, he wouldn’t discuss “those other things that are out there being discussed because of the dictates of Obama.”

He did, however, note that the president has “nullified the Constitution, nullified existing federal law, and nullified the outcomes of our elections.”

Louie Gohmert Suggests Obama 'Do What Woodrow Wilson Did' And Send Troops To Mexico

Rep. Louie Gohmert is pretty sure that President Obama is pushing for minors to cross the border as part of a giant voter fraud scheme, and thinks that if the president were serious about cracking down on illegal immigration, then he would send troops to the Southern border … and perhaps into Mexico.

“If he wanted to, he could do what Woodrow Wilson did,” the Texas congressman told News Talk Florida host Dan Maduri, referring to Wilson’s military intervention in Mexico.

“He sent John Pershing with troops into Mexico and you can read different versions, tens of thousands of national guard were put on the border and nobody came in that we didn’t want to come in. This president could do that just as well.”

Gohmert added that the Southern border is now “wide open for drugs” and suggested that the child migrants may include radical Islamist terrorists.

Madison Project: 'Illegal Invasion,' 'Anti-Family Agenda' Make Conservatives 'Strangers In Our Own Country'

The Madison Project, the Tea Party group backed by Sen. Ted Cruz that’s pushing far-right challengers in Republican congressional races, marked the Fourth of July this year by lamenting that the “illegal invasion,” the “anti-family agenda,” Social Security, and the rest of the social safety net make them “feel like strangers in our own country.”

Sadly, many of us are spending this 4th of July wondering if our Founders would recognize that republic – that beacon of freedom built upon a strong civil society and ordered liberty. So many ordinary Americans feel our republic is long lost to a foreign socialist utopia centrally managed by an elitist oligarchy in the form of two corrupt political parties.

This small minority of radicals has completely vitiated our most fundamental characteristic as a republic – our sovereign borders. We are now languishing from the flood of over 100,000 illegal immigrants teaming over our southern border, adding to the millions of illegals already here. At stake is nothing less than the preservation of our civil society, sovereignty, and solvency as a nation and as a stable economy. They drain our resources, health care, education, and criminal justice system.

We feel like strangers in our own country.

Even without the illegal invasion, our republic is hanging on by a thread.

Almost every American is involuntarily subservient to the federal government for his or her retirement security and healthcare. Over 46 million people, and one-in-four children, rely upon government for food stamps. Under the new Obamacare mandates, an estimated 79 million Americans will be enrolled in Medicaid and CHIP. This culture of dependency, an anathema to our spirit of independence, has saddled us with over $1 million in debt and unfunded obligations for every American taxpayer.

Meanwhile, ordered liberty in a constitutional republic needs a strong civil society and strong families in order to thrive, much like fish in water. Yet, the cultural degeneration, promulgated and encouraged by this small societal elite, has permeated every aspect of American life – to the extent that those of us who adhere to traditional family values are now ostracized and castigated. We have reached the point where we need a group of unelected judges to grant us small morsels of religious liberty from their high benches in Washington. The small minority who push this invidious anti-family agenda now seek to eradicate the very existence of gender to the degree that private individuals and businesses are now being forces to accommodate bizarre and licentious practices.

The “Republican” Party was supposed to serve as the bulwark against attempts to supplant our republican form of government, yet they have become part and parcel of the problem. Decades’ worth of treachery directed towards the party faithful from its leadership has finally culminated with the Mississippi election last week. A long-serving Republican, with the blessing of the entire party establishment, engaged in fraud and race-baiting to repudiate his own party base and steal the election.

We are now living through the worst consequences of elective despotism that James Madison warned about in Federalist 48. Indeed we are strangers in our own country and in our own party.

Louie Gohmert: Obama Is Bringing In Central American Immigrants To Vote Illegally For Democrats

Speaking with Newsmax host Steve Malzberg yesterday about the influx of Central American children and families at the Southern border, Rep. Louie Gohmert implied that President Obama was orchestrating the crisis in order to recruit millions of people to cast fraudulent ballots for Democrats and seize Texas from Republican control.

“In the end, they have said that they want to turn Texas blue, they want to turn America blue,” he said. “And if you bring in hundreds of thousands or millions of people and give them the ability to vote and tell them — as Quico Canseco said, he had illegals in his district that were told, ‘If you want to keep getting the benefits, you have to vote, and President Obama’s lawyers are not going to allow them to ask for an ID, so go vote or you’re going to lose the benefits you’re getting now.’ That drives people to vote and it will ensure that Republicans don’t ever get elected again.”

The Texas Republican also told Malzberg that the Central American refugees, combined with the end of the gold standard during the Nixon administration, will bankrupt the country.

Cliven Bundy Defends Border Militias, Tells Feds to Point Guns At 'Enemy' Immigrants

If the anti-immigrant protests in Murietta, California, and the gathering of militia groups at the border remind you of the anti-government standoff at Cliven Bundy’s ranch, that might be because the events are attracting some of the very same people.

Far-right radio host Pete Santilli, who we last saw harassing a Mexican-American reporter at Bundy’s ranch, has been broadcasting from Murietta for the past week or so and has mentioned that he has also driven down to join some groups along the Southern border, who he has been working with in an effort to shut down the Tijuana border crossing.

In fact, yesterday, Santilli interviewed Bundy himself about the similarities between the Bundy ranch standoff and the events in Murietta and at the border.

Calling the Bureau of Land Management “dirty rotten buggers,” Bundy told Santilli that the groups who faced off with the BLM at his ranch were “successful in bringing back freedom to America, at least in this area.”

Speaking of the militia groups gathering at the Southern border — including groups like the Oath Keepers and the Three Percenters, who were strongly represented at his ranch — Bundy said that like at his ranch, federal agents are “pointing their guns at we the people” and not at the “enemy,” who he said is the “encroacher that’s illegally coming in here.”

Louis Gohmert's Budget Plan: Defund Anything That Obama 'Cares Deeply About'

In an interview with WorldNetDaily this weekend, Rep. Louis Gohmert of Texas said that congressional Republicans should respond to President Obama’s threat of an executive order on immigration by “defunding anything” that the president “care[s] deeply about that’s not important to the American people” along with any agency that Gohmert thinks is breaking the law, including the White House itself.

Well, the Founders gave us the power of the purse. It’s going to take a lot of courage to stand up to the president and say, ‘We’re going to start defunding anything that you care deeply about that’s not important to the American people.’ We’re going to start defunding the Attorney General’s office. We’ve got a bill that would actually, and we’ve been pushing to get this into an appropriations package, it says anybody that’s in contempt of Congress can’t be paid their salary. We need to do that, we need to start eliminating money for any agency, including the White House, that is not following the law. And then you get their attention. That’s what the Founders anticipated.

And I know our speaker says, ‘Oh, gee, but we’re only one half of of one third.’ But we’re the most important half of the appropriations process, so if we don’t agree to an appropriation, it doesn’t happen. It’s time we took a stronger stand in that regard.

He also repeated his warning that the influx of Central American families and children at the border is turning the U.S. into a “third world country.” Speaking of efforts to transport children to facilites around the country, he said, "That's already the beginning of what you see in third world countries."

William Gheen Claims His 'Underwear Against Amnesty' Campaign Sunk Immigration Reform

Last week, anti-immigrant activist William Gheen urged members of his Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) to mail used underwear to House Speaker John Boehner and President Obama to be given to undocumented immigrants.

Now, Gheen is claiming that his “underwear against amnesty” protest so overwhelmed Boehner and Obama with underwear that, within 48 hours, it single-handedly sunk any hope for immigration reform.

Gheen writes in an email this morning:

Our 'underwear against amnesty' campaign became an internet and talk radio sensation, penetrated the American psyche, raised awareness rapidly of how John Boehner is the same as Obama on amnesty for illegals, and shut down John Boehner for 2014 within 48 hours of our launch!

We stopped John Boehner and now we need to stop Obama and his new illegal alien surge!

John Boehner went into full retreat because of our protest and because our assistance helping Dave Brat defeat Eric Cantor sent shock waves through the Republicans working to help Obama pass amnesty.

Obama did not get his amnesty bill so we have forced his hand to show what a dictator he really is. Obama is now proceeding to implement amnesty legislation that never passed Congress!

Gheen previously claimed that a photo he posted on Facebook that was shared 15 times stopped another effort at reform.

Minuteman Project Child Migrants Are 'Human Shields' In Effort To Turn US Into 'Latin American Nation'

Jim Gilchrist, the founder of the anti-immigrant militia group the Minuteman Project, claimed last month that child refugees at the southern border are being used as “human shields” in a “concerted effort” to eliminate immigration enforcement, warning that the United States is “becoming a Latin American nation.”

Gilchrist made the comments an interview with One America News Network’s Graham Ledger on June 19.

More Fuzzy Math From the Center for Immigration Studies

This week, the Center for Immigration Studies — the “think tank” of the anti-immigrant movement — released yet another document meant to feed the opposition to immigration reform, this one alleging that “all employment growth since 2000 went to immigrants.”

CIS’s report has been promoted across conservative media and by fellow anti-immigrant activists like Phyllis Schlafly.

But, just like the group’s recent report alleging that the Obama administration had released tens of thousands of criminal undocumented immigrants, this one doesn’t hold up to the smallest amount of scrutiny.

Conservative Boston Globe columnist Jeff Jacoby devoted his column yesterday to puncturing CIS’s “stolen job myth”:

To begin with, the number of native-born Americans working in 2014 has not declined since 2000. It has increased by 2.6 million. The authors of the report acknowledge as much in an endnote. It is only by excluding the record-high cohort of workers 65 and older, one of the fastest-growing age groups in the labor market, that Camarota and Ziegler can claim that immigrants are taking all the available new jobs. But it is just as plausible to blame the long-term stagnation in the employment of “working-age” American natives on older employees as on those born in other lands. Should senior citizens who wish to work be forced to retire at 65?

In the zero-sum world of the anti-immigrant advocates, foreign-born workers can only gain at the expense of the native-born. But in the real world, immigration generally enlarges the economy, boosts productivity, and adds jobs. Immigrants amount to less than 13 percent of the US population. Yet 28 percent of all new American companies launched in 2011, as Rupert Murdoch wrote in a Wall Street Journal essay last month, were founded by immigrants.

Broadly speaking, immigrant workers and US-born workers are not substitutes but complements; because they tend to have different skills, they generally don’t compete for the same jobs. Immigrants are more likely to be employed at the high or low ends of the labor market, explains Alex Nowrasteh of the Cato Institute, while most Americans have skills in the middle. Supplying the immigrant skills needed by the economy simultaneously enlarges demand for native skills.

Restrictionists hint at some kind of inverse correlation between gains in employment for US-born and foreign-born workers, but they can’t show what doesn’t exist. Look past their tendentious presentation of the data, as Nowrasteh wrote about an earlier Center for Immigration Studies report, and you notice that for the most part “net gains in employment for natives and immigrants move in the same direction.” When natives gain, immigrants gain, and vice versa. We all work in the same labor market.

The fundamental flaws in the CIS report are similar to those in the infamous and widely panned Heritage Foundation study that produced a wildly inflated figure for the “cost” of immigration reform based on the assumption that immigrants wouldn’t be productive or expand the economy. (An assumption that itself was likely linked to one of its author’s racist views on intelligence).

GOP House Candidate Says Obama Is Using Child Migrants To 'Keep The Senate'

Arizona Republican congressional candidate Chuck Wooten spoke last week with Erik Rush, an insane conspiracy theorist who wants President Obama tried and killed for treason, about the humanitarian crisis of unaccompanied minors crossing the border.

Wooten, who is running for the GOP nomination to challenge Democratic congressman Ron Barber, told Rush that the Obama administration is behind a “conspiracy” to increase the immigration rate.

He cited a debunked right-wing myth about a Homeland Security procurement contract as proof that the “federal government knew or is maybe even behind” the border crossings as part of a plot to “intentionally overwhelm our system.”

Later, Wooten said he was just asking the question about whether the Obama administration is helping immigrants “flood into the country” in order to “keep the Senate” just ahead of the midterm elections: “They’re going to be integrated into society with the goal of bringing their families here because they are poor little children who need their parents so bring their family of twenty over here.”

“There is a school of thought that will say, maybe some of this is intentional. There could be something to it, I don’t know, but he knows that keeping the Senate — that is slipping away,” he said. “Why in the world would all of these things go on at the same time? I don’t know, it just kind of points that way to me.”

“I don’t believe in coincidence.”

Dinesh D'Souza Wonders Why More Immigrants Aren't Just Like Dinesh D'Souza

Dinesh D’Souza told the far-right Western Center for Journalism yesterday that immigrants should be more like, well, Dinesh D’Souza. “I chose America,” D’Souza said, apparently unlike other immigrants. “I love America.”

The right-wing activist, who is just out with a new anti-Obama movie, was referring to the increase in unaccompanied minors crossing the border as a result of a refugee crisis in Central America.

But President Obama, D’Souza complains, does not want to bring in more immigrants like him, and is instead employing an “Alinskyite strategy” to make Americans feel ashamed of their country.

Other conservatives claim Obama is actually using immigration as part of his “Cloward-Piven” strategy to bring down America.

A bestselling author and driving force behind the groundbreaking films 2016: Obama’s America and America: Imagine the World without Her, D’Souza is a prime example of the opportunities that await foreign-born individuals who choose to legally become Americans. He explained that he made a decision to leave his homeland behind when he came to the U.S. as a teenager more than three decades ago.

“As an immigrant, I chose America,” he said. “I love America. I can see ways in which America is very unique in the world.”

After completing high school and college in the U.S., D’Souza went on to become a prominent writer and speaker, known around the world for his defense of concepts such as American exceptionalism. Instead of courting immigrants like him, however, the Obama administration chooses to extend even more leniency to those who enter the nation illegally.

“It’s quite appalling to see the Obama administration use the border as a kind of shaming device,” D’Souza said, calling the existing policy an “Alinskyite strategy.” In the mold of ‘Rules for Radicals’ author and community organizer Saul Alinsky, he said the federal government is playing on the sensibilities of good-natured Americans in subverting the nation’s laws.

He said the embrace of de facto amnesty is a way to “exploit the goodness … of ordinary Americans” who are genuinely concerned for the foreigners who show up at our border.

One of Alinsky’s methods of reshaping a person’s opinion, D’Souza explained, is to “constantly shame him and make him do what you want.”

Obama, he continued, is quite adept at employing that technique.

“Obama is encouraging people to show up at the border with arms outstretched,” he concluded. “This is then used as a pretext for violating our immigration laws.”

WorldNetDaily Warns Undocumented Immigrants Will Stage Bio-Terror Attack On US

WorldNetDaily columnist Mychal Massie warns today of a terrorist attack consisting of “millions of illegal aliens pouring into our country with infectious diseases whose sole reason for being here is to infect our country with deadly illnesses.”

He implies that such an attack is already happening: “Foolish and misguided Americans are blind to the terror they are advocating, as they push to have illegal aliens be rewarded with citizenship for breaking our sovereign laws.”

It is a fact that no one, not government nor anyone else, can begin to quantify the danger we face from disease borne by illegal aliens. Illegals coming from Third World countries are not the rich and well-educated who were able to seek health care in their country of origin. They are the least-educated and the poorest. And let there be no question they are infected disease carriers. But, the government won’t tell us that. Foolish and misguided Americans are blind to the terror they are advocating, as they push to have illegal aliens be rewarded with citizenship for breaking our sovereign laws. They ignorantly fancy themselves as showing “divine love” when in reality they are sentencing their communities to untold potential misery.

But all that I have referenced thus far is just foreplay. Terrorists have used a number of different of different methods to carry out death in America. A grown man and a teenager in a beat-up old Oldsmobile held three states hostage and paralyzed with fear for weeks several years ago, simply by driving around indiscriminately shooting people while hiding in the trunk of the automobile. Terrorists succeeded in their second attempt to murder Americans by destroying the World Trade Center towers. There has been Fort Hood, the Boston Marathon bombing, and other attacks in New Jersey and Arkansas. Terrorists have shown eager willingness to strap on bombs and blow themselves up as a means of attack.

Imagine millions of illegal aliens pouring into our country with infectious diseases whose sole reason for being here is to infect our country with deadly illnesses. Even if not one person died from the epidemic of diseases, the cost of treating each infected person could easily bankrupt America considering the perilous economic condition we now find ourselves in. The cost of treating a person with TB is between $250,000 and $1 million.

Just think of the zeitgeist of panic if (or perhaps more accurately when) we are faced with said form of terrorism. And yet our congressmen are advocating amnesty, even as Obama is permitting tens of thousands of illegal alien children to cross the border – while foolhardy communities that believe themselves to be examples of charity and goodwill are placing us all at risk if not sentencing us to death from infectious diseases. Think about the illegals handling food in restaurants, and working and living in densely populated areas. Think about the numbers of illegals working in food wholesale preparation factories. Just think what a terrorist attack on a scale like that would be like.

You can read this and tell yourself it will never happen, but, how much more would it take, all things considered, to realize a terror attack on the scale I reference?

Gheen: Immigrants 'May Smile At You As They Hand You Your Cheeseburger' But They Really Want 'You And Your Whole Family To Die'

In an interview with the Tea Party News Network on Saturday, William Gheen of Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) claimed that Mexican American immigrants “may smile at you as they serve you your cheeseburger or cruise across your lawn with a weed eater” but in reality they want “for you and your whole family to die.”

Gheen claimed that Mexican schools teach students to hate America, so those who immigrate to the U.S. show “no type of mercy” to “anyone out there that’s not a flaming socialist, communist or liberal” and will vote Democratic, based on “racial identity” and “what they consider to be reparations.”

There’s no type of mercy that anyone out there that’s not a flaming socialist, communist or liberal is going to receive from these people. You’re not going to be able to just stand up and say, ‘Please, please spare us from this invasion.’

They’re like, look, they’re bringing in, they’re using in drug cartels to bring in a new block of 80, 90 percent Democratic voters. And there will be no way the Tea Party or any other grassroots organization is ever going to be able to succeed against 20 million that are voting on racial identity and that will vote for more benefits and what they consider to be reparations. Some of them hate us for their perceived status in life. They’re taught in Mexican schools that the reason they’re so poor is because their evil neighbor to the north stole all their mineral-rich land, and of course our ancestors slaughtered all of their ancestors.

And when you teach people this from the time they’re children, they develop a kind of hatred. They may smile at you as they serve you your cheeseburger or cruise across your lawn with a weed eater, but underneath it, when they look at you, they see a person who they blame to be responsible for their poverty and the genocide of their ancestors, and the only way you can make that even-Steven with them is for you and your whole family to die.

UPDATE: We have slightly edited the transcript of Gheen's remarks for accuracy.

WorldNetDaily Pundit Attacks Christians For Encouraging Hispanic 'Invasion'

WorldNetDaily pundit Burt Prelutsky says it is wrong for Christians to care for undocumented immigrants, decrying such actions as treasonous.

In his column today, Prelutsky writes that such Christians are helping Latinos “overrun America by destroying our schools, undermining our economy and over-taxing our social services” and “encouraging one specific group, Hispanics, to invade this nation” in order to “fill their respective pews.”

But he places most of the blame on “homicidal” progressives like President Obama and congressional Democrats who seek to “destroy America” by “weakening our military, alienating our traditional allies, destroying the economy and erasing our borders.”

Prelutsky also calls for Republicans to impeach and prosecute Obama, but then adds the caveat that they should wait because otherwise such moves “would only serve to draw attention away from all the scandals bedeviling the Democrats.”

There are times when I suspect that people like Obama, Reid, Pelosi, Schumer, Boxer and Durbin, should have their photos on the wall of the post office as suspects in the killing of America. Other times, I remember that all of these people, along with the likes of Elijah Cummings, Brad Sherman, Henry Waxman, Sheila Jackson Lee and Debbie Wasserman-Schultz, have all been elected numerous times, so perhaps it’s America that’s chosen to commit suicide.

As many of you recall, a doctor named Jack Kevorkian was generally reviled for assisting the terminally ill achieve a painless death. Some people called him a vulture. I was not one of them. It seems to me that if a person chooses to end his pain and suffering by ending his life, he shouldn’t be denied that which we bestow, ironically, on both our beloved pets and the vilest serial killers.

But some of us aren’t yet ready to go, and we certainly aren’t complacent about the homicidal impulses of the so-called progressives. Everywhere we turn, we see them actively attempting to destroy America. We see them weakening our military, alienating our traditional allies, destroying the economy and erasing our borders. And none of these things is happening accidentally or as the result of unfortunate circumstances.

But it’s not the politicians alone who are guilty of this outrage to our sovereignty. They are aided and abetted by the Catholic and evangelical churches. Priests and ministers collude in claiming they are merely following Christ’s teachings when they collect the illegal aliens, feed them, clean them and then bus them to outlying cities and even other states.

Funny, but I don’t recall reading where Jesus told anyone to overrun America by destroying our schools, undermining our economy and over-taxing our social services. They can put all the lipstick, mascara and rouge they like on this particular pig, but their main purpose in flouting the law and common sense is to fill their respective pews.

As for the liberal politicians who condone this scandalous behavior, I find it peculiar that at the same time they promote diversity – at least when it comes to pigmentation and sexual proclivities – they’re encouraging one specific group, Hispanics, to invade this nation.

For this reason, and so many more, I would like to see Barack Obama impeached. But not now, when it would only serve to draw attention away from all the scandals bedeviling the Democrats. But once the midterm elections are over and the Republicans have taken control of the Senate, I want to see Obama tried for high crimes and misdemeanors. It’s bad enough that this bum has managed to conceal all of his essential documents. But it would be criminal if he didn’t face prosecution for turning the IRS, the FBI and even the U.S. Patent Office into his own personal attack dogs, and for violating both the letter and the spirit of the U.S. Constitution.

William Gheen Asks ALIPAC Members To Mail Used Underwear To Undocumented Immigrants

William Gheen of Americans for Legal Immigration PAC is urging his group’s members to “send the illegals and DC politicians a message” by mailing them used underwear.

Gheen’s plea comes in response to a routine ICE contract solicitation for underwear for immigrants at detention facilities, which was picked up by Brietbart News.

“Instead of using our tax money to buy illegals 42,000 pairs of new underwear, we would like to send the illegals and DC politicians a message by mailing them our used underwear, and some of our pairs are in really bad shape due to the bad economy and all of the jobs illegal immigrants are taking from Americans,” Gheen writes.

Washington, DC -- ALIPAC.us is calling for tens of thousands of Americans to mail their gently used underwear to Barack Obama and John Boehner to answer Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) need for free underwear for the new surge of illegal immigrants crossing America's borders, enticed by promises of immigration reform amnesty.

While many Americans will be tempted to send the underwear donations unwashed, ALIPAC is reminding citizens that DC is already full of dirty laundry.

"Obama and Boehner have proven once and for all that their talk of passing immigration reform amnesty, instead of enforcing America's existing border and immigration laws, only brings more unwanted and destructive illegal immigration!" said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "Instead of using our tax money to buy illegals 42,000 pairs of new underwear, we would like to send the illegals and DC politicians a message by mailing them our used underwear, and some of our pairs are in really bad shape due to the bad economy and all of the jobs illegal immigrants are taking from Americans."

Americans who want to help the illegals and Americans who are upset that John Boehner and Barack Obama are throwing the future for American children under the bus along with their Oaths of Office, the US Constitution, the outcome of our elections, and the current laws of Congress, are encouraged to mail their used underwear to Barack Obama at The White House, 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20500, and John Boehner at Office of the Speaker, H-232 The Capitol, Washington, DC 20515.

PFAW Files Amicus Brief Supporting Fair Trials for Undocumented Immigrants

Last Thursday, People For the American Way, joined by the UC Hastings Appellate Project (HAP) and the ACLU of Southern California, submitted an amicus brief to the California Court of Appeal in Velasquez v. Centrome, Inc. dba Advanced Biotech, a toxic tort case brought by an undocumented immigrant that resulted in a gross denial of justice.

Wilfredo Velasquez filed a lawsuit against a chemical manufacturer seeking damages for medical expenses after contracting a devastating lung disease due to exposure to one of the company’s toxic chemicals while on the job. During the jury selection process, where prospective jurors are questioned to discover potential biases, the trial judge wrongly disclosed Mr. Velasquez’s immigration status to the entire jury pool, despite the fact that it was not relevant to any issues in the case. The disclosure appears to have harmed Mr. Velasquez’s pursuit of justice: Even though the jury ultimately found the chemical manufacturer negligent, it awarded no damages to Mr. Velasquez. He effectively lost his case. The court refused to grant a mistrial for its error in possibly tainting the jury, and Mr. Velasquez appealed the verdict.

PFAW submitted its amicus brief in support of a new trial for Mr. Velasquez because of the highly prejudicial nature of the court’s wrongful disclosure of his citizenship status, explaining, “Rather than protect against prejudice, the judge’s statement unnecessarily injected prejudice into the [jury] selection process, making it impossible to know whether Mr. Velasquez received his constitutionally guaranteed fair trial by impartial jurors.” Given the ongoing hostility towards undocumented immigrants, as chronicled by PFAW’s Right Wing Watch blog, PFAW’s brief urges the appellate court to find that when a trial court erroneously discloses a litigant’s citizenship status to the jury during voir dire a new trial must be awarded.

Joe Arpaio Claims Obama Letting In Teenage 'Gangbangers' To Pave Way For Executive Orders, 'Pacify The Hispanic Community'

Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Arizona has been doing media rounds this week to respond the humanitarian crisis at the southern border, where an influx of families and unaccompanied minors from Central America has overwhelmed immigration authorities.

In an interview with the Washington Times yesterday, Arpaio claimed that the Obama administration was intentionally sending some of the minors to his home county as a personal “affront” to his notorious anti-immigrant activism. “The White House is incompetent and the dumping of illegals is intentional,” he said.

Arpaio went on to speculate that the president is deliberately provoking an immigration controversy so that Congress will ignore it and he can issue an executive order. He also guessed that Obama’s immigration policies are meant to “pacify the Hispanic community.”

In a separate interview with talk show host Larry Elder, Arpaio claimed that the media and the administration are suppressing photos of the minors and the families at the border because they are actually teenage “gangbangers.”

Allen West Claims Obama Is Creating A Saudi-Iranian Islamic Caliphate, Blames His 'Eastern Orientation'

Trunews host Rick Wiles’ interview with former congressman Allen West yesterday was about as crazy as you would expect, riddled with conspiracy theories about how President Obama is a secret Muslim who is supporting an Islamic caliphate.

“Do you think Barack Obama is secretly aiding the rise of an Islamic caliphate?” Wiles asked West.

“I don’t think it is secretly happening, I think that you can look at his actions and he is enabling Islamist forces to be successful in the Middle East,” West replied. “He is aiding the rise of radical Islamism, not just in the Middle East but really across the world.”

West wasn’t done there: “We don’t really know who this President Obama is and I’m not talking about his birth certificate. We don’t know who he is, we don’t know about his college transcripts, we don’t know what he was doing in Pakistan when he was back in college and who funded him to go over to Pakistan.”

When Wiles asked if “Barack Obama is the ultimate jihadist” and “waging jihad against the United States of America,” West argued that the president “has without a doubt sided with Islamists.”

“I believe Barack Obama has an eastern orientation, not a western civilization orientation,” West said.

West tried to explain how Obama is both a supporter of Sunni Muslim terrorists and the Shiite-dominated Iran.

Despite the fact that Saudi Arabia and Iran are regional rivals and practice different forms of Islam, West predicted that the two countries — along with Turkey — will “come together” as part of a new “radical Islamist empire.”

The former congressman also agreed with Wiles’ assertion that Obama “orchestrated an invasion of the United States of America” through immigration and is now “trying to break the Republic,” arguing that Obama is “trying to fundamentally destroy, transform, subvert, America as a constitutional republic.”

Apparently, Obama Will Use Immigrants To Spread Diseases And Usher In Socialism

Writing today for WorldNetDaily, Elizabeth Lee Vliet claims that President Obama engineered the uptick in border crossings by Central American youth as part of his plot to use the “Cloward-Piven strategy to overwhelm and collapse the economic and social systems” and “replace them with a ‘new socialist order’ under federal control.”

The “flood of illegals,” Vliet argues, will overrun hospitals by spreading their “many different, and uncommon, diseases,” inevitably leading to “social and economic collapse.”

A flood of illegals has massively surged at our southwestern borders. The economic impact of medical care, education and incarceration for illegals forced on taxpayers is bankrupting Arizona.

Why are such swarms entering the U.S. illegally NOW, particularly children? Newspapers in Mexico and Central and South America are actually describing U.S. “open borders,” encouraging people to come with promises of food stamps or “amnesty.” It is textbook Cloward-Piven strategy to overwhelm and collapse the economic and social systems, in order to replace them with a “new socialist order” under federal control.

Carried by this tsunami of illegals are the invisible “travelers” our politicians don’t like to mention: diseases the U.S. had controlled or virtually eradicated: tuberculosis (TB), Chagas disease, dengue fever, hepatitis, malaria, measles, plus more.

Our public health departments complain of being overtaxed by a dozen cases of measles or whooping cough. How will they cope with thousands of patients with many different, and uncommon, diseases? Americans, especially Medicaid patients, will see major delays for treatment.

Delays to see doctors at the Phoenix VA hospital cost the lives of 58 veterans while waiting for care. This is just a portent of far more deaths to come from delays for Americans’ medical care as thousands of sick illegals swamp already overcrowded emergency rooms. How will these facilities stay open at all under the financial burden of this huge unfunded federal mandate to provide “free” treatment?

People express concern about child endangerment from illegal minors dumped on Arizona streets in hundred-plus degree heat, with no support. A bigger concern is American endangerment from life-threatening diseases added to social and economic collapse from costs of treating hundreds of thousands of illegals.
