Dear Members of Congress,

I strongly urge you to reject all efforts by the Bush administration or your colleagues to grant retroactive immunity to telecom companies that may have assisted in the administration's illegal wiretapping and handed over their customers’ private records without a warrant. Telecom immunity would undermine accountability for not only the companies involved, but for the Bush administration as well and would set a dangerous precedent.

Please stand up for the rule of law and do anything and everything you can to stop telecom immunity.
