Louie Gohmert Warns John Kerry Is Bringing God's 'Judgment Against Us'

Rep. Louie Gohmert said on the House floor Monday Secretary of State John Kerry must resign before he brings God’s judgment on America.

Gohmert was criticizing Kerry’s remark that Israel could become an apartheid state if it fails to reach a peace accord with the Palestinians. Two former Israeli prime ministers and the current Justice Minister have also warned that Israel risks becoming an apartheid state in the future.

The Texas congressman derided Kerry for his “ignorant” comments and claimed that the secretary of state has “effectively cursed Israel.”

“It’s Israel that has fought against such racism and hatred,” Gohmert said. “Secretary of Kerry stands for those who support the destruction of Israel.

“He should not be speaking for this nation. He needs to stand down before he brings judgment against us.”

Previously, Gohmert warned that America will “be judged and it isn't going to be pretty” if American diplomats broker a two-state solution.

South Dakota GOP Senate Candidate Compares Food Stamp Recipients To Animals

A Republican candidate for South Dakota’s open Senate seat on Monday likened people who receive food assistance to animals, implying that both become dependent on handouts.

Dr. Annette Bosworth, a first-time candidate who styles herself after Sen. Ted Cruz and Rep. Steve King, shared an image on her campaign’s Facebook page insisting that the message of a “please do not feed the animals” sign in parks should be applied to food stamp recipients.

WorldNetDaily Pundit Thinks Fox News Is Too Liberal

WorldNetDaily columnist Burt Prelutsky is sick and tired of all the left-leaning commentators on Fox News.

Prelutsky devotes his most recent column to complaining that the right-wing network isn’t right-wing enough and demanding that the network host only conservative guests.

“It would be far more enlightening to hear Republicans share their differences over immigration reform, same-sex marriages, gun laws, health care and foreign policy,” he writes.

Prelutsky credits conservative talk show host Laura Ingraham with coming up with this “intelligent solution” in a recent interview with Howard Kurtz, although Ingraham actually said nothing of the sort.

Recently, Laura Ingraham was a guest on Howard Kurtz’s Sunday Fox show, “Media Buzz.” She offered what I thought was an intelligent solution to a problem that has been annoying me for some time.

As we all know, Fox remains an oasis on TV, the only news network that isn’t in the tank for Obama and the liberals. However, in attempting to comply with Roger Ailes’ desire that Fox be “fair and balanced,” too many shows have fallen into the habit of teaming up a liberal and a conservative, and having them spend five or 10 raucous minutes shouting over each other and trading insults. We wind up with a lot of heat and absolutely no light.

Ingraham’s suggestion was to unload the liberals and, instead, invite conservatives on board and let them hash out their differences. She’s right. We already know the liberal positions because we read them in every newspaper and we hear them trumpeted every day over at the three major networks, along with CNN and MSNBC.

It would be far more enlightening to hear Republicans share their differences over immigration reform, same-sex marriages, gun laws, health care and foreign policy. What’s more, we would be spared ever again having to listen to the likes of Juan Williams, Geraldo Rivera, Bob Beckel and Alan Colmes flapping their gums.

Daubenmire: 'We Are A Theocracy'

On today's "News With Views" commentary, "Coach" Dave Daubenmire fumed that gays, who he claimed represent just 3% of the population, are controlling this entire nation while the 80% who are Christian remain utterly silent.

"Why is the 3% pushing around the 80%?," Daubenmire asked rhetorically, before answering his own question by bizarrely asserting that religion and politics "are, in fact, the same" thing.

As Daubenmire sees it, politics is the "playing field" upon which religious values are supposed to be enacted, declaring that, as such, "we are a theocracy" because we are "one nation under God."

"We are a theocracy," he proclaimed. "God is in control."

As such, Christians must stand up and fight back against the gays who "are pushing us around."

"The homosexuals have seized marriage, they have seized the job market," he warned. "You speak out against them, it is a pock (sic) upon your family, it's a black mark that you'll never be able to get out from under, you're a hate monger and a homophobe and a bigot"

Joseph Farah Insists 'You Just Don't Find Racism' In The GOP

While sitting down with Alex Jones of InfoWars today, WorldNetDaily editor Joseph Farah defended Cliven Bundy but chastised Donald Sterling for his racist remarks.

Farah explained that unlike Bundy, Sterling is definitely a racist because he’s a “lifelong Democrat” and a “big time Democrat.” Jones asked, “What would have happened if the owner of the Clippers had been a Republican?”

Unfortunately for Farah and Jones, along with the other conservative activists who picked up this insanely dumb line of argument, Sterling has actually been a registered Republican since 1998.

Farah — whose media outlet is involved in a fight with Google over racist content and has actually defended both Bundy and Sterling — went on to say that racism doesn’t exist in the GOP. “I know lots of conservative people and Republicans and unless you get into the Republican establishment, country club Republicans, you just don’t find racism there,” he said.

Fischer Says Palin Was Just Being 'Clever And Funny' Because 'Waterboarding Is Not Torture'

While speaking at the NRA Convention last weekend, Sarah Palin said that if she was president, waterboarding would be "how we baptize terrorists." Predictably, Bryan Fischer came to her defense on his radio show today, saying that Palin was just being "cute" and "clever and funny," mainly because "waterboarding it not torture."

Bizarrely, Fischer insisted that waterboarding is nothing like pulling out fingernails or shocking people with a car battery precisely because people are willing to undergo waterboarding in order to demonstrate that it is torture.

As Fischer sees it, if waterboarding really was torture, then nobody would ever volunteer to be subjected to it. Since people have done so, Fischer argued, then it must not be "real torture."

As such, people who are outraged by what Palin said "ought to just kind of lighten up just a little bit":

Alex Jones Warns 'We Have Become A Decadent, Wicked Country And We're Going To Be Judged'

InfoWars host Alex Jones may be feuding with Glenn Beck, but he appears to be emulating the former Fox News pundit’s drift into televangelism. Jones spoke today with WorldNetDaily editor Joseph Farah and the two agreed that the United States is experiencing God’s wrath.

“We have become a decadent, wicked country and we’re going to be judged,” Jones said. Farah interjected that “this is judgment, what we’re experiencing now is judgment.”

Later, Jones added that “the judgment’s only beginning though, I have a real feeling of dread in my spirit about what’s coming.”

Beck: 'Hillary Clinton Will Be Having Sex With A Woman On The White House Desk If It Becomes Popular'

On the radio broadcast today, Glenn Beck and his co-hosts spent a segment attacking politicians who are now announcing their support for gay marriage after having publicly opposed it just a few years ago. Saying that if the issue really is "the civil rights issue of our day," politicians should have been willing to stand on principle for it when the issue was unpopular instead of opposing it then only to endorse it now that polls show growing public support.

Among the targets of Beck's ire is Hillary Clinton, whom he declared would soon announce that she is a lesbian if it will help her get elected in 2016.

"I'm telling you," Beck said, "Hillary Clinton will be having sex with a woman on the White House desk if it becomes popular":

Creationist Ken Ham Says You Can't Trust Evolution Because It's An Unscientific 'Religion' That 'Brainwashes' People

In a radio interview on Friday, Creation Museum founder Ken Ham attacked evolution as a “religion” that has “brainwashed” its adherents into thinking that they are observing a scientific theory.

Ham, a Young Earth Creationist, criticized Christians who believe in evolution by touching on the Creationist talking point that the Bible is the only eyewitness account of the history of the world.

“A lot of these Christian leaders, when they say the word ‘day’ [in Genesis] can’t mean an ordinary day because of science, it’s not observational science they’re referring to, it’s man’s historical science. In other words, man’s beliefs about evolution and millions of years,” Ham told VCY America’s Crosstalk.

“They’re taking man’s religion of millions of years and saying, ‘That’s why you can’t believe what the Bible says.’ If the word ‘day’ in Genesis 1 means an ordinary day and you say it can’t because of what man is saying, then you’ve just said God’s word is fallible and it’s man’s word that is infallible. No, it’s the other way around.”

Keyes Says Bundy Is Not Racist Because Blacks Are Worse Off Now Than During Slavery

From the very beginning of the standoff, Alan Keyes has been a vocal supporter of Cliven Bundy and his anti-government allies and he has not backed away one bit even after revelations that Bundy is an unmitigated racist.

In fact, Keyes is actually defending Bundy, saying that he is not at all racist because it is an undisputed fact that black people are worse off now than they ever were during slavery.

While speaking with radio host Peter Boyles, Keyes said that Bundy's remarks were not racist because Bundy "simply spoke about what he observed" happening to black families in America and that "in statistical terms ... black folks are worse off than they have been in this history of the United States."

"Hear that?" Keyes thundered. "Worse off than they have ever been! And since that includes slavery, it's not racist to point it out":

Bob McDonnell Joins Liberty University's Jesse Helms School Of Government

Beset by legal troubles, former Virginia governor Bob McDonnell has joined Liberty University as a visiting professor in government.

In a press release yesterday, Liberty president Jerry Falwell Jr. (son of the school’s founder, televangelist Jerry Falwell) praises McDonnell’s conservative bona fides and welcomes him to Liberty University’s Jesse Helms School of Government — yes, that Jesse Helms.

McDonnell, a longtime friend of the university, said he is delighted to contribute to Liberty’s world-class academic programs and to train students to make a significant positive impact at every level of government.

Liberty President Jerry Falwell said the university will tap McDonnell’s extensive career experience in business, law, public policy, and government.

“Gov. McDonnell will add another dimension to the educational experience of Liberty students by teaching leadership,” Falwell said. “He achieved great success as governor in making Virginia one of the nation’s most business-friendly and fiscally sound states while getting people to work together for the common good. These experiences uniquely qualify him to teach our students about every aspect of serving in public office.”

Dr. Shawn Akers, dean of the Helms School of Government, said the governor’s recent visit was a pleasant surprise to the students, who were eager to learn from a seasoned leader.

“The students’ eyes lit up when he walked into the class. They were so excited to hear directly from someone who has been on the frontlines of the important public policy battles in America,” Akers said. “The Helms School is proud to welcome Governor McDonnell, who has a proven record in public policy and conservative activism, and who shares in the biblical principles and servant leadership that are so important to Liberty University.”

Shawn Akers, the dean of the Helms School and McDonnell’s new boss is best known here at Right Wing Watch for his extreme anti-gay rhetoric, such as his comparison of gay rights activists to Nazis and his claim that the military now imposes a “don’t ask, don’t tell policy” on Christian service members.

Akers has also derided anti-bullying programs as “a form of indoctrination and reeducation that smacks of socialist and communist countries” and accused gays of bullying Christians, whom he called “the weakest members of our society.” He even believes that “the homosexual activist community” is a religion.

McDonnell is a graduate of Pat Robertson’s Regent University (then called CBN University), where he wrote a now-notorious thesis, and it was widely rumored that he might lead Regent after he left office.

Larry Klayman Says Cliven Bundy Is Not A Racist But An American Hero

Larry Klayman, who fears that the “black-Muslim” President Obama is triggering a race war, said in a column yesterday that anti-government rancher Cliven Bundy can’t possibly be a racist because Bundy didn’t come across as a racist during a conversation he had with Klayman last week.

“From my interaction with Cliven, it became clear to me that he is a person who speaks what is in his mind and is not a racist, and that, being a rancher in a remote area of Nevada, never was exposed to the political correctness of the city slickers in Las Vegas for instance,” Klayman recalled in a RenewAmerica column.

Klayman also repeated his call to overthrow Obama over the Bundy standoff, which he described as “a turning point in modern U.S. history” and “the first major physical manifestation of the peaceful second American revolution.”

I was on my way to the Bundy ranch last Thursday to meet with the family to see if I could be of some help in their epic land battle with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). After a government confrontation a week or so ago where the Bundy's exercised their constitutional and God-given rights of self-defense under the Second Amendment, they stood down President Obama's and Senator Harry Reid's armed BLM thugs, who tased, assaulted, and battered members of the Bundy family over their cattle in an obvious effort to force them off the land.

When I arrived at the ranch, I spoke with Cliven about the comments and suggested that he clarify his remarks immediately since, after talking with him, it seemed that what he was trying to say was that black people had been so poorly treated by the government, as he had been, that ironically they may have been better off under slavery. He was trying to equate welfare and going on the government dole, which takes away a person's self esteem and puts then out to pasture like cattle, with his own plight. From my interaction with Cliven, it became clear to me that he is a person who speaks what is in his mind and is not a racist, and that, being a rancher in a remote area of Nevada, never was exposed to the political correctness of the city slickers in Las Vegas for instance. For him, the term "negro" was what he had learned as a boy, when that term was widely used by even such civil rights icons as Rev. Martin Luther King. He was obviously unaware that the likes of other reverends – albeit phony members of the cloth – Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, had coined the term "African-American," many years after Rev. King's death.

Cliven Bundy's remarks, whether anyone agrees with the way he expressed his thoughts or not, do not negate the importance of the successful patriotic showdown at Nevada's equivalent of the OK Corral. The hard and irrefutable fact is that for the first time in many decades the American people stood down an ever growing oppressive government, which thinks and acts as if it can do as it pleases, undoubtedly for ulterior corrupt purposes.

The successful stand-off at the Bundy ranch is a turning point in modern U.S. history, and I left the ranch that day vowing do what I could to further the first major physical manifestation of the peaceful second American revolution.

Stay tuned. In the words of Kris Kristofferson and Janis Joplin of another rebellious era in America history, freedom is just another word for nothing left to lose. We the People have had it with our present government and indeed have nothing left to lose to restore liberty to our nation.

Paul Vallely Claims Obama Is A Muslim, Al Qaeda Supporter

Former Army general Paul Vallely, who recently worked with former GOP congressman Allen West on the Citizens Commission on Benghazi, claimed in a radio interview with Dave Janda earlier this month that President Obama is a Muslim and a supporter of Al Qaeda.

“Egypt came out and said basically they know Obama is a Muslim,” Vallely said. “Beyond that, just being a Muslim, being a Al Qaeda and a radical Islamist supporter.”

Vallely previously said he would help lead an anti-Obama “revolution” (he later denied making the remarks that were captured on tape) and called for a “citizen’s arrest” of Obama for “violating the Constitution.”

He has also called for mass demonstrations, such as Operation American Spring, to oust Obama from office.

Last week, Vallely spoke with ex-congressman J.D. Hayworth on Newsmax TV about his latest Benghazi conspiracy theory.

BarbWire's New Columnist Wants Gays Jailed For Twelve Years

This weekend, Matt Barber’s BarbWire published a column by former Indiana lawmaker Don Boys, who recounted his attempt to recriminalize sodomy:

The committee hearing room at the Indiana Capitol Building was packed, mostly with the media and opponents to my bill to reinstate sodomy as a crime, as it had been in Indiana for about a hundred years. My opponents all had their allotted time to oppose my bill, and one was a professor at Indiana University. He said that homosexuals “only wanted to be left alone.” I laughed.

In defense of my bill I told him that sodomy should be a crime again to give police officials authority to stop the cruising in city parks, sex in public restrooms, and discourage molesting of little boys. I ended by saying that homosexuals want much more than to be left alone. “They want respectability. They want to move into a house in the suburbs, park matching Volvos in the driveway and be accepted as normal people; but that won’t happen as long as Christians live in this state.” In recent years, homosexuals have demanded and received not only acceptance and approval, but even applause. We are told it is even commendable and courageous to practice perversion. And even Bible-oriented church leaders have joined the chorus!

In a 2009 column, which closely resembles his BarbWire post, Boys explained that he wanted to make homosexuality a crime punishable up to twelve years in prison:

Politicians, professors, preachers, pundits, perverts, and ordinary people packed the committee room at the Indiana State Capital in October of 1978. The occasion was the introduction of my bill to make sodomy illegal again in Indiana, as it had been for a hundred years. In fact, I used the same language that was the original law before radicals repealed it a couple years before I was elected to the Indiana House of Representatives.

After I made my case for the bill, quoting classic studies from highly reputable experts that supported my position that homosexuals are not “born that way,” do recruit, do molest far more than heterosexuals do, and are very dangerous people, the chairman asked for comments. Two preachers came to my defense then the opposition from Indiana University, the media, and academia came down hard on me and my bill. You might think that I was suggesting cameras in every bedroom and stringing up homosexuals from the maple trees on the capital lawn. Or, as Thomas Jefferson suggested, that they be castrated! No, I only suggested 12 years in prison as had been the law for many years.

A professor spoke in defense of sodomy enumerating some famous homosexuals in history. All he proved was that some famous people in history were sexual deviates! No one disputes that. Some famous people in history were drunks, child molesters, thieves, wife beaters, and killers. I could not restrain myself and laughed in his face and into the cameras when the professor declared that King David and Jonathan “were lovers,” (something I had never heard before that time).

The column ended with a call to keep gays either in jail or the closet, along with the patently false claim that the Shepard-Byrd Hate Crimes Law would “make this column illegal.”

The Federal Government is considering the outcome of the Matthew Shepard Hate Crimes Bill that would penalize decent Christians and protect pedophiles and would make this column illegal and expose me to a prison term. So be it.

Bring back anti-sodomy laws in each state. At least it might keep some of them deep inside the closet if they aren’t in prison and that’s better than nothing.

The new BarbWire columnist also believes that America is about to be destroyed by God:

President Obama committed political suicide when he climbed in bed with the homosexual crowd (figuratively, I hope). It doesn’t matter whether he was following an orchestrated script or not. The results are the same. American liberal politicians have been sniffing around this issue for many years, but now it is official, and that could be dangerous for Obama and America. God is not pleased and it is a dangerous thing to displease a sovereign, holy God! Look at Sodom!

It is trite but true that God destroyed Sodom because of the sin of perversion. Genesis 19 clearly records that the whole city was given over to sodomy. When the majority of the city supported perversion, God destroyed the city. America, watch out! We are ripe for ruin! We could be there today, especially when so many politicians, media personalities, and now the official representative of all Americans have chosen to disobey God, deny the Scriptures, and defy common sense. They are saying that sodomy is acceptable and respectable, but God says it is abominable and reprehensible.

Klingenschmitt Speculates The Government Will Kill Bundy Ranch Protesters And Bury Them In A Mass Grave

Responding to right-wing reports that the Bureau of Land Management had killed several cattle and buried them in a mass grave during the standoff with Cliven Bundy, "Dr. Chaps" Gordon Klingenschmitt suggested on his "Pray In Jesus Name" show that the government was going to return to the Bundy ranch in the coming months, kill all the protesters, and dump their bodies in a similar mass grave.

"Mass graves dug by the government, this time for the cattle,"  Klingenschmitt said, "but next time, maybe for the cowboys, right?"

Klingenschmitt praised the armed, anti-government protesters and urged his viewers to go out to Nevada and join "the freedom movement" because "I suspect that in some months to come, there's going to be some secret mission by the feds to go in there and punish the people who are standing for freedom."

Jan Markell Fears Yoga Is Turning America Into Nazi Germany

End Times radio broadcaster Jan Markell is not only convinced that President Obama is bringing Nazism to America, but also thinks that yoga will transform the US into a Nazi-like state.

At Markell’s “Understanding the Times” conference [PDF] in Minneapolis this weekend — where a Holocaust survivor at the center of a new WorldNetDaily film repeatedly likened Obama to Adolf Hitler — Markell warned that yoga is undermining Christianity, paving the way for Nazism.

Barack Obama’s first presidential campaign, with its messianic characterizations – the photographs where a halo was cast around Obama’s head, the worship-like adulation from crowds – gave Holocaust survivor Anita Dittman nightmares.

About Adolf Hitler.

A 20-minute preview of the film, which was produced by WND Founder, Editor and CEO Joseph Farah and directed by WND Films Vice President George Escobar, premiered at the conference where Dittman revealed her concerns for America.

Dittman said her nightmares were triggered by the left’s gushing adoration of Obama as a perceived savior.

Liberals’ blind idolization of Obama mirrored Germany’s hypnotic fascination with Hitler, Dittman said of the racist tyrant whose vitriolic rhetoric dehumanized the Jewish people as a prelude to his attempts at total annihilation.

The state of America’s churches also concerns Dittman, who said German churches fell away from the Bible before Hitler came into power.

She said many American churches are likewise walking away from the truth of Scripture, turning from biblical truths and opening the door to deception.

“That’s how Hitler got into the churches,” she warned.

Conference host Olive Tree Ministries Director Jan Markell agreed.

She also cited comparisons between Nazi Germany and America during the conference, including the country adopting socialized medicine, banning prayer from school and a growing fascination with mystical spirituality.

She said Hitler was fascinated with mysticism, because “he knew it would crumble the Christian faith,” and warned that Christian churches in America are likewise trying spiritual traps like walking the labyrinth, “Christian” yoga and contemplative prayer.

WorldNetDaily Pundit Claims 'Mac-Daddy Sissy' Obama's Criticism Of Donald Sterling Is Just A Distraction From Benghazi

WorldNetDaily is out with yet another column defending Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling over his alleged racist remarks.

In a WND column published today, pundit Mychal Massie insists that “Sterling has done more for blacks than Obama.”

Massie writes that “as quick as you can say ‘Mac-Daddy sissy,’ Obama” found “time to feign insult over Sterling’s comments.” He speculates that Obama is trying to use Sterling’s comments as a distraction from Benghazi and “reports that Michelle plans to divorce him (supposedly over his countless affairs).”

The past two weeks have been a race-monger’s dream. Cliven Bundy responded to an interview question that has allowed the press to portray both him and those of us who support him as racist.

And as quick as you can say “Mac-Daddy sissy,” Obama, with the blood of the Benghazi Four (Ambassador Christopher Stevens, Sean Smith, Tyrone Woods and Glenn Doherty) on his hands; the IRS scandal; Fast and Furious (and the blood of Brian Terry and Jaime Zapata also on his hands); unemployment at unparalleled highs; America becoming a food-stamp nation; Japanese reports that Michelle plans to divorce him (supposedly over his countless affairs); and “If you like your insurance you can keep it,” he finds time to feign insult over Sterling’s comments.

Obama’s comments were morally opprobrious and boorish but obviously not out of character for him. Obama has done less to further the racial unity of America and more to exasperate and, indeed, to exacerbate racial and religious tensions in America and around the world than any American leader before him.

I know many blacks live for the opportunity to be portrayed as victims of rich white men who are racist and say or do something that validates what blacks desire to believe. But Sterling has done more for blacks than Obama.

Jim Garrow Insists He Is Not Insane

Self-proclaimed former-intelligence-agent-turned-conservative-activist Jim Garrow went on a rant on Sunday, insisting that he is definitely not insane while discussing a 1997 meeting at which he apparently sat right next to Bill Simon, Alexander Haig, William Bennett and Zbigniew Brzezinski as they discussed creating the New World Order.

“These are not the insane rantings and ravings of lunatics,” Garrow told right-wing radio host Dave Janda.

Garrow also said he is “certain” the US is responsible for the missing Malaysia Airlines plane because he knows the American agent who boarded the plane after forcing it to land at Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean.

After US agents went abroad “to replenish the food supply” and “empty the toilets,” Garrow claims, the Americans then blew up the plane.

Garrow: The jet landed at Diego Garcia, it did. How do I know? Well, one of the guys who actually went up and opened the door so that certain passengers could come out on the tarmac and that the food could be taken in to replenish the food supply and they emptied the toilets. What else did they do, they took off the twenty Chinese who had tried to steal an advanced physics experiment that worked, a joint thing between China and America, and they were taken off.

Garrow: This is the beginning of cloaking technology, that’s where we were, that’s what these people tried to steal and that’s why jets were used to make sure that thing landed on Diego Garcia. What is Diego Garcia? It’s a Navy base people say. It’s a CIA base, an intelligence headquarters, and what do they do there? They take people there and they make people talk.

Janda: Are you saying that as a guest or as a former forty-five year operative of one of our prominent intelligence agencies?

Garrow: It’s a certainty.

Sandy Rios Attacks New York Times For Quoting Cliven Bundy's Racist Remarks

Taking a cue from other Cliven Bundy apologists, Sandy Rios of the American Family Association on Friday accused the New York Times of tricking the lawless rancher into making racist remarks about African Americans.

Even though Bundy’s remarks were public and completely unprompted, Rios blamed New York Times reporter Adam Nagourney for the outrage anyway.

“I’m sure that this reporter, Adam Nagourney, who I think was the only reporter there, I’m sure he asked Mr. Bundy a question about race for this very purpose, for this very purpose, hoping to get something on tape, something to make him look like a fool and a racist so that to bring the prophecy about Harry Reid that something’s going to happen to stop Cliven Bundy.”

She later claimed that Nagourney tricked Bundy just as people “trap” her by asking her questions in media interviews.

“I really do find it curious that suddenly he is talking about race to a New York Times reporter,” she said, reflecting on her own experience “having been on the news trapped by reporters many, many, times, attempted trappings, being set up, being asked pointed questions so that they hope that they can get some kind of response from you…sort of give a quote so they can destroy me, that’s what they do. That’s kind of what they did [to Bundy] and it’s working.”

Tom DeLay Salutes Cliven Bundy For 'Standing Up For The Rule Of Law,' Fears Government Will Incite Violence Against Bundy Family

On his Washington Times Radio show last Wednesday, former House GOP leader Tom DeLay reiterated his defense of Cliven Bundy, arguing that the Nevada rancher — who has repeatedly lost in the courts and refuses to recognize the existence of the United States government — doesn’t have to obey the law on land use.

“He doesn’t owe the federal government anything because he doesn’t recognize that the federal government can come take his livelihood away from him and he’s standing up for the rule of law, the real law, the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, and fighting against what is happening to him,” DeLay said.

“The oppression and the tyranny that is coming from our government is just outrageous…. The federal government is building its weapons of oppression and tyranny as we speak.”

DeLay also warned that the government may incite “violence” against “law-abiding American citizens to affect their tyranny.”

“This could get really out of hand, and I’m just really worried with the kind of attitude that this government has that they’re going to come back and do some real harm to the Bundy family and the others that are standing up for their rights,” he said.
