Glenn Beck Considers Moving To Canada Before Obama Administration 'Revolutionaries' Start To 'Scoop People Up'

Last week, Glenn Beck warned that the Obama administration is led by “Marxist revolutionaries” who are preparing to kill millions of people. Today, he announced that he is considering escaping the Marxist plot…by moving to Canada.

Beck recounted a conversation he had with co-host Pat Gray about fleeing the country: “Pat said to me a little while ago, ‘If you’re serious, I might take you up on that move to Canada thing.’ I mean I really sincerely thought this weekend, you know, maybe it’s time to move to Canada.”

“Maybe it’s time to move to Canada because these people are not screwing around,” Beck said. “You don’t think they’re going to scoop people up? They will. They’re revolutionaries. Look at everything they do, they’re revolutionaries, pure and simple.”

Or maybe Beck just wants to go to Canada for the country’s universal, single payer health care system.

Civil Rights Groups Urge GOP Leaders to Skip Values Voter Summit

This weekend, Religious Right leaders and GOP politicians will gather in Washington for the Values Voter Summit, an annual event that highlights the cozy relationship between Republican elected officials and extreme right-wing groups.

The event is hosted by the Family Research Council, a group with a long record of pushing false anti-gay propaganda. And one of the event’s major sponsors is the American Family Association, whose extreme right-wing views are expressed on a daily basis by its spokesman Bryan Fischer.

On Friday, People For the American Way joined with the Southern Poverty Law Center, Faithful America, GLAAD, the Human Rights Campaign, the NAACP and the National Council of La Raza to send a letter to every public official scheduled to speak at this year’s Values Voter Summit, urging them to withdraw from the event.

Among the scheduled speakers are Sens. Rand Paul, Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz and Tim Scott and Reps. Paul Ryan, Randy Forbes, Michele Bachmann, Jim Bridenstine, Louie Gohmert, Jim Jordan, Steve King, Steve Scalise and Scott Turner.

The letter [pdf] reads in part:

We understand that you’ve been invited to speak at the upcoming Values Voter Summit being held in Washington, D.C., from Oct. 11-13. Given the demonizing lies about the LGBT community spread by the host, the Family Research Council (FRC), and another major sponsor of the event, the American Family Association (AFA), we urge you to not lend the prestige of your office to the summit.

The FRC has amassed an extensive record of vilifying gays and lesbians with falsehoods – portraying them as sick, evil, incestuous, violent, perverted, and a danger to the nation.  Perhaps its most insidious claim is that gay men molest children at a far higher rate than heterosexual men – a claim refuted by all credible scientific authorities, including the American Psychological Association. Yet the FRC has continued to smear gays and lesbians by claiming  that pedophilia, in the words of FRC President Tony Perkins, “is a homosexual problem.”

Perkins also says the “It Gets Better” campaign, an initiative designed to give LGBT students hope for a better tomorrow, is “disgusting” and part of a “concerted effort” to “recruit” children into the gay “lifestyle.” One senior FRC official has even argued that homosexuality should be illegal.

The AFA’s Bryan Fischer, who serves as the group’s spokesman and director of issue analysis, frequently blames homosexuality for the Holocaust and Nazi Party: “Homosexuality gave us Adolph Hitler, and homosexuals in the military gave us the Brown Shirts, the Nazi war machine and 6 million dead Jews.” He also promotes the views of the American architect of the “Kill the Gays” bill in Uganda.

Demonizing the LGBT community has consequences. As FBI data demonstrate, it is one of the groups most likely to be victimized by violent hate crimes. Defaming them publicly day after day – as the FRC and the AFA do – only throws fuel on the fire.

The bigotry of the FRC and the AFA is not limited to gays and lesbians. Fischer, for example, has said that African Americans “rut like rabbits” and argued that women should be kicked out of politics and the military. He’s also stated that Hispanics are “socialists by nature”  and come here to “plunder” our country. The FRC’s executive vice president, Lt. Gen. Jerry Boykin, has said Jews must be converted to Christianity and has argued that “Islam is not a religion and does not deserve First Amendment protections” – a statement that is antithetical to American ideals.

In 2011, we urged Mitt Romney not to share a stage with the extremists, and particularly Fischer, at that year’s Values Voter Summit. Although Romney still attended, he also made a point of calling out Fischer’s “poisonous language." This year, Fischer was noticeably not listed as a speaker at the summit, although his employer remains a sponsor.

Bachmann: Obama Is Supporting Al Qaeda, Proving That We Are In The End Times

In an interview with Understanding the Times host Jan Markell on Saturday, Rep. Michele Bachmann accused President Obama of giving aid to Al Qaeda, which she said is proof that we are living in the Last Days. Of course, on the same day Bachmann gave the interview, a Delta Force operation approved by Obama nabbed a key Al Qaeda figure in Libya.

But according to Bachmann, Obama is now championing the terrorist group.

The Minnesota congresswoman referred to a decision by the Obama administration to allow vetted Syrian rebels not affiliated with terrorist organizations to help them resist chemical weapons attacks, which was spurred by the Syrian regime’s use of chemical weapons on civilians.

While the administration’s move is only related to non-lethal, defensive and protective aid, Bachmann falsely claimed that “President Obama waived a ban on selling arms to terrorists.”

“President Obama waived a ban on arming terrorists in order to allow weapons to go to the Syrian opposition,” Bachmann said. “Your listeners, US taxpayers, are now paying to give arms to terrorists including Al Qaeda.”

Bachmann said that the Al Qaeda funding (which isn’t happening) is a sign of the End Times: “This happened and as of today the United States is willingly, knowingly, intentionally sending arms to terrorists, now what this says to me, I’m a believer in Jesus Christ, as I look at the End Times scripture, this says to me that the leaf is on the fig tree and we are to understand the signs of the times, which is your ministry, we are to understand where we are in God’s end times history.”

“Rather than seeing this as a negative, we need to rejoice, Maranatha Come Lord Jesus, His day is at hand,” Bachmann continued. “When we see up is down and right is called wrong, when this is happening, we were told this; these days would be as the days of Noah.”

Bachmann and Markell then discussed new mosque construction in the US, which troubled Bachmann: “We’re seeing this all across America, it’s like groups want to top each other and be the new, latest, largest mosque in North America.” She said that many mosques are financed by those “advancing the goals and beliefs of the violent Muslim Brotherhood and that should give us pause.”

She then said that the boom in mosques was evidence that the country should completely cut off immigration.

“In my opinion, I think we should be hitting the pause button on immigration and on refugee resettlement,” Bachmann said. “We have an issue now when you have Americans that are being recruited in America and going over and being involved in terrorism, I think we need to hit the pause button.”

Earlier in the interview, Bachmann claimed that Islam is a violent religion and motivated the Nairobi mall terrorists: “The motivation is inspired from religion; it’s from their religion of Islam.”

She also agreed with Markell’s claim that Somali-Americans may lead a terrorist attack against the Mall of America, lamenting the large Somali population in Minnesota.

Larry Pratt: 'Everybody Understands Ted Cruz Runs the United States House'

Gun Owners of America head Larry Pratt is one of Texas senator Ted Cruz’s biggest boosters. Back in May, Pratt called the freshman senator “a real hero there that’s ridden into town from Texas” and ventured that he was “certain” that Cruz wouldn’t disappoint him. And the relationship works both ways: Cruz has nothing but praise for the gun group, and the New York Times has called him Pratt’s “key ally in the Senate.”

Cruz’s role in instigating the government shutdown has only intensified Pratt’s admiration for the senator. In a speech to a Pennsylvania Tea Party group last week, Pratt called House Speaker John Boehner a “sad sack” who has been “totally humiliated” because “everybody understands that Ted Cruz runs the United States House.”

Pratt also sang the praises of Sen. Mike Lee of Utah, principally because, according to Pratt, Lee was the one who first suggested that Cruz run for Senate.

Pratt is a big fan of the shutdown for a number of reasons. On the Talk to Solomon Show last week, Pratt applauded the shutdown of a huge portion of government services, saying, “Let’s just celebrate the fact that we’re only getting oppressed 57 percent of normal.”

Rod Parsley's Religious Right Allies Hail New Book

Religious Right leaders are lining up to endorse Rod Parsley’s new book, The Cross, which is about how American culture and even Christian churches have “degraded the significance of the cross.” Parsley, who has also authored works such as Silent No More, Culturally Incorrect and Living On Our Heads, is best known for his Prosperity Gospel preaching, opulent living and right-wing politics.

The flamboyant Ohio-based televangelist was highly involved in organizing pastors and evangelical voters in 2004 to back George W. Bush’s re-election (an effort that drew IRS scrutiny). The anti-gay pastor also was a critical player in the campaign to pass Ohio’s constitutional amendment banning same-sex unions.

After he endorsed John McCain in the 2008 election, McCain ended up disavowing the endorsement due to Parsley’s extremist rhetoric.

But while McCain may have renounced Parsley, few others on the right have.

Mike Huckabee recorded a video promoting Parsley’s new book, and interviewed him on his radio show:

Harry Jackson said Parsley’s book is a rebuke to churches that approve of “loose lifestyles”:

Parsley also received an endorsement from Pat Robertson, who said Parsley speaks through the “post-modern clamor” to issue a “call for a return to the discarded values of the past”:

Congressman Tony Perkins?

Will Family Research Council president Tony Perkins run for US Congress next year? LaPolitics reports that Perkins, a former Louisiana state representative, is considering a run to succeed Rep. Bill Cassidy (R-LA), who is running for US Senate against Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-LA).

Just how extreme is Perkins? While leading the FRC, he has:

  • Praised a Ugandan bill that made homosexuality a crime punishable by death or a long prison sentence as a “laudable” effort “to uphold moral conduct
  • Compared homosexuality to alcoholism and called gay rights advocates “pawns” of Satan
  • Lamented the ties between Democrats and the “Jewish lobby
  • Attacked Islam as an “evil” religion

But seeing that Perkins is already a leading Religious Right figure who most recently was involved in crafting the GOP’s government shutdown strategy, it’s safe to guess that Perkins will remain an influential figure whether he is elected to Congress or not.

Pat Robertson Reveals How Low-Carb Diets Violate God's Principles, Halal Foods Fund Terrorism

Today’s edition of the 700 Club began with a story about the beneficial effects of a low-carb, high-fat diet. But host Pat Robertson explained that he didn’t believe the positive coverage, arguing that such a diet is not only bad for your health but also “violates the principles that God set down.”

But that wasn’t the only food-related issue that required Robertson’s wisdom today.

The televangelist later in the program advised against eating halal food, warning that proceeds from such foods go to funding terrorist groups like Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood.

Kobach Moving Forward With Plan to Create Two Classes of Voters in Kansas

Back in August, we reported that Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach was considering a novel voter suppression idea. Kobach has been struggling to implement a new law that he backed requiring voters to present proof of citizenship when registering to vote. As a result of the law, over 17,000 Kansans who registered to vote using a federal form (which doesn’t require proof of citizenship) or used a state form but couldn’t dig up a birth certificate have had their voter registration suspended.

Kobach said that this mass disenfranchisement wasn't a “major problem,” but he did have a proposal to deal with it: Create two classes of voters, some who are allowed to vote only in federal elections and others who are allowed to vote in both state and federal elections.

Now, the Wichita Eagle reports, Kobach is moving ahead with his plan. The Eagle obtained a July 31 memo from Kobach’s office to county elections officials instructing them to track which voter registration applicants apply using a federal form and which submit an acceptable proof of citizenship.

The Eagle explains that if the plan moves forward, Kansas voters will be sorted into three categories, each with separate voting rights. Those who provide proof of citizenship with either a state or federal form will be allowed to vote in all elections. Those who register with a federal form and don't provide supplemental citizenship proof will be allowed to vote just in federal elections. Meanwhile, Kansans who use the state voter registration form but don’t provide proof of citizenship will remain unable to vote at all.

Kobach claims that this byzantine scheme is just a “contingency plan” in case he fails in suing the federal government to add extra requirements to federal voter registration forms used in Kansas.

Kobach… confirmed he’s planning for elections with different ballots for different voters, depending on whether they register under federal or state rules. He said it’s “merely a contingency plan” in case he loses a lawsuit seeking to make federal officials adopt Kansas rules for voters in Kansas.

The plan creates three classes of registered voters, according to the Legislative Research report provided to Ward on Thursday:

  • Voters using either the federal or Kansas form and providing state-required documents proving their citizenship would be able to vote in all federal, state and local elections.
  • Voters who use the federal form but don’t provide citizenship documents will be allowed to vote only for candidates running for president, vice president and Congress.
  • Registrants who file a Kansas form but don’t provide citizenship documents will be put in suspension and won’t be allowed to vote in any election.

Unsurprisingly, this plan is already causing a headache among county elections officials, reports the Eagle:

Sherman County Clerk Janet Rumpel...said she has asked the Secretary of State’s Office for clarification on whether she would have to prepare two sets of ballots for primary and general elections every two years on the chance somebody files a federal registration form – which she has never actually seen.

“It would be a nightmare for us,” she said.

But, as usual, Kobach seems unfazed.

The Eagle reports that “sidewalk and door-to-door registration drives ground to a halt” when the proof-of-citizenship requirement came into effect, “because of the impracticality of getting the needed documents to complete the process.” Democratic state representative Jim Ward recounted a discussion he had with Kobach about the difficulty of holding voter registration drives under the new law. Kobach reportedly replied that people holding voter registration drives should just “carry a copy machine" with them:

Ward said it’s Kobach who’s doing voters a disservice by demanding documents that most people don’t have close at hand and that Congress and the Supreme Court says they don’t have to provide.

He said he once asked Kobach how to collect the documents in a registration drive and Kobach’s response was “carry a copy machine with you.”

“It was a snarky response, but I think it tells you his attitude toward the right to vote,” Ward said.

WND: Obamacare Will Lead To 'Systematic Genocide'

While millions of people have visited the health insurance exchanges set up by the Affordable Care Act since they went live on October 1, WorldNetDaily’s Ellis Washington knows what is really going on.

According to Washington, universal health care was designed by Adolf Hitler in order to carry out genocide. The Affordable Care Act, he says, will be no different: “Like Hitlercare, Obamacare will inevitably lead to health-care rationing, death panels, millions of uninsured and, eventually, the systematic genocide of the weak, minorities, enfeebled, the elderly and political enemies of the God-state.”

Hitler would be pleased.

Since the founders of America’s republic understood that humanity is by nature anti-God, hypocritical and duplicitous, they created a system of checks and balances and limitations of government power because they realized someday a dictator like a Barack Obama would arise and seize power in the United States for himself by ignoring or deconstructing the U.S. Constitution. Since President Woodrow Wilson’s Socialist revolution of 1913 it seems that dishonest politicians and egotistical, corrupt judges have disregarded and circumvented the Constitution to such a degree as to render it now to be a deadletter.

Nazi Germany is the true birthplace, and Hitler is the real father of universal health care. Like Lenincare, Stalincare, Maocare, Castrocare and Obamacare, all universal health-care systems are derivative of Marxism, socialism, communism, progressivism, postmodernism and thus are antithetical to America’s founding constitutional principles of God, the Bible, natural law, equality, liberty and truth. Like Hitlercare, Obamacare will inevitably lead to health-care rationing, death panels, millions of uninsured and, eventually, the systematic genocide of the weak, minorities, enfeebled, the elderly and political enemies of the God-state.

Obama is using his Gestapo and SS Stormtroppers or so-called “navigators” (e.g., the youth, the unions, Planned Parenthood, NAACP, ACORN, La Raza, etc.) to propagandize the poor, the miseducated and minorities who are being exploited to lead this final blitzkrieg toward forcing universal health care, but like in Hitler’s Germany once the reality of their treachery metastasizes, guess who will be the first ones forced to sacrifice their lives for the Fatherland in our march toward a “perfect” society without illness or suffering? History has repeatedly demonstrated that the weakest and most vulnerable have often been the first victims to be eliminated.

Klayman: Civil Disobedience Needed Against Obama But 'Violent Revolution' Now 'Looms On The Horizon'

Judicial Watch founder Larry Klayman seems to actually believe that his November 19 peaceful anti-Obama revolution will work, and is reminding his fellow activists not to take up arms… at least for now. “Short of violent revolution, which looms on the horizon, if we cannot find a way to peacefully settle the score with the political establishment, this is the only way,” Klayman writes in his most recent WorldNetDaily column.

“Peaceful civil disobedience has been successfully used in the past to change the course of history; Jesus Christ with the Romans and Jewish high priest, Mahatma Gandhi with the repressive British rule in South Africa and India, and Lech Walesa in bringing communism down in Poland, to name just a few.”

He adds that the recent Navy Yard massacre and Capitol Hill shooting are signs that “individual citizens are finding it necessary, for their own reasons, to take matters into their own hands” and that people “have had it and are now beginning to act up in ways that are frightening.”

Indeed, the domestic chaos of our so-called government, coupled with the looming Iranian nuclear threat to not just Israel, but ourselves, is reminiscent of the years leading up to Sept. 11, 2001. Then, our commander in chief, Bill Clinton, and Congress were preoccupied with a White House intern named Monica Lewinsky and subsequent impeachment proceedings, as Osama bin Laden was readying his heinous attack on the United States and the World Trade Towers. Today, the irresponsible fun and games of our political establishment, and concomitant Obama scandals like NSA-gate, IRS-gate, Benghazi-gate, Fast and Furious-gate, Navy SEAL-gate and a host of others, have created the same sclerotic conditions whereby the government grinds to a halt and is preoccupied with scandal as Rome burns.

Do not think that the American people are oblivious to all of this. Increasingly, individual citizens are finding it necessary, for their own reasons, to take matters into their own hands. The African-American woman who was shot dead in Washington, D.C., just last Thursday, and the Navy Yard massacre just a few weeks earlier are symptoms of a wave of citizen violence that is sure to increase dramatically in the near, medium and long-term future. The people of this country know that we live in dire times, and whether they are conservative, centrist or leftist in ideology, they see no leaders now or on the horizon who can bail the nation out of its nosedive. They have had it and are now beginning to act up in ways that are frightening.

But random violence will not solve the nation’s ills or frighten the political elite into behaving responsibly in the best interests of the republic. This is not the way to salvation. Rather, We the People must rise up, en masse, and make it clear to our professed leaders that they better perform, with morality, ethics and a respect for the law, or else be driven by us out of town. That is precisely what we have in mind with my call for an “Occupy Washington, ” which has been announced for Nov. 19, 2013.

Short of violent revolution, which looms on the horizon, if we cannot find a way to peacefully settle the score with the political establishment, this is the only way. Peaceful civil disobedience has been successfully used in the past to change the course of history; Jesus Christ with the Romans and Jewish high priest, Mahatma Gandhi with the repressive British rule in South Africa and India, and Lech Walesa in bringing communism down in Poland, to name just a few.

We the People must act now. Sitting back and living off the past riches of the country until the bank runs dry is a formula for disaster. Our Founding Fathers would not have sat on the deck of the Titanic as it sank, and we cannot either – that is if we are serious about maintaining and preserving our freedoms not just for ourselves but future generations.
