Buchanan: Immigration Reform Will Cause US to Break Up Like Soviet Union

Pat Buchanan continues to go all-out in his opposition to new bipartisan immigration policy, claiming in a recent interview with conservative radio host Andrea Tantaros that immigration reform will cause the United States to break apart like the Soviet Union.

The Daily Caller posts a clip of Buchanan warning that if “you put 100 million Hispanic folks in the United States,” the southwest will become “as much a part of Mexico as it is of the United States.”

“If they have a different language, different culture, different faith, basically you get two peoples and two peoples eventually become two countries,” he said.

Buchanan went on to offer an alternate history of the United States, which he said became “one nation back around 1960, when all the immigrants who had come from eastern and southern Europe 1890-1920 had been assimilated and Americanized” through the Depression, World War II and television programming. “That brought us all together, and now we’re falling apart,” he said.

What you get is a growing disintegration of the country, a fragmentation into different parts. And we see this happening all over the world in the last few decades, where ethnic groups and linguistic minorities, ethnic minorities, cultural minorities, given the pressures of ethno-nationalism, are breaking up countries all over the world. It’s happening all over the Middle East; it happened in the Balkans, where Yugoslavia broke up into seven countries; the Soviet Union broke up into 15 countries.

You put 100 million Hispanic folks in the United States, and say 70 million of them on the southwest border, that becomes as much a part of Mexico as it is of the United States. If they have a different language, different culture, different faith, basically you get two peoples and two peoples eventually become two countries.

This is what I see as the future of America is the balkanization and disintegration of the country that had become one nation back around 1960, when all the immigrants who had come from eastern and southern Europe 1890-1920 had been assimilated and Americanized. We’d all gone through the Depression together, heard radio together, went through World War II together, and American television together. That brought us all together, and now we’re falling apart.

WND: George Soros Behind Muslim Brotherhood and Muslim Brotherhood Opposition

In 2011, WorldNetDaily reporter Aaron Klein warned that George Soros, by way of the International Crisis Group ICG (Soros is a member of its executive committee), aided the Muslim Brotherhood and even authored several articles alleging that Soros was helping the Muslim Brotherhood and other Islamist groups.

But now that the Muslim Brotherhood was thrown out of power in Egypt, Klein is out with a new “exposé” on Soros’ alleged connections to their opponents.

Klein even cites the International Crisis Group as a way to link Soros to the new government…the same group which Klein claimed tied Soros to the Muslim Brotherhood.

Essentially, Soros and the ICG had a hand both in the Muslim Brotherhood’s rise to power and also its ouster.

Mohamed ElBaradei, the favored candidate to head a transitional government in Egypt, was a longtime member of a George Soros-funded “crisis” group with deep ties to the Middle East revolutions.

Soros himself is one of eight members of the executive committee of the International Crisis Group, or ICG.

ElBaradei is also the reported pick of the main alliance of liberal and left-wing parties youth groups that led the anti-Morsi protests.

He is a former United Nations nuclear agency chief and a Nobel Prize winner for his work as head of the International Atomic Energy Agency.

ElBaradei was also a longtime member of the ICG board alongside Soros.

Gallagher: Supreme Court DOMA Decision a 'Declaration of War' Against Half of America

Not content with just claiming that Justice Anthony Kennedy has proclaimed a “fatwa” against opponents of gay marriage, National Organization for Marriage founder Maggie Gallagher is now blasting the Supreme Court for issuing a “head-on declaration of war against at least half of the American people.”

In an interview with Lars Larson, Gallagher said that the court’s pro-marriage equality rulings limit the “democratic rights” of activists who seek to ban same-sex unions and argued that the justices could “not name” where gay and lesbian couples are protected in the Constitution.

Glenn Beck Is Suspicious About Teresa Heinz Kerry And Hillary Clinton Hospitalizations

Yesterday, Teresa Heinz Kerry, wife of Secretary of State John Kerry, was rushed to this hospital after apparently suffering from some sort of seizure ... but Glenn Beck isn't buying it because he just doesn't trust anything that the government says, which is why he suspects that the entire thing was orchestrated as a distraction from the "huge scandal" that Secretary Kerry was on his boat while a military coup took place in Egypt last week.

While it may be true that Heinz Kerry (or, as Beck called her, "Mrs. Ketchup") did end up in the hospital, Beck "can't give you any sympathy now because you've lied to us too many times" ... just as when former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was hospitalized with a blood clot last year in an effort to cover-up Benghazi.

Though Clinton's blood clot was tied to a concussion she received after she fainted while suffering from the flu, Beck said "if she really had some weird thing in the hospital, then it should prohibit her from ever becoming president.

"She shouldn't be President of the United States if she going into the hospital for some sort of heart condition or brain condition or whatever she was in the hospital for," Beck said, "or was that just a scam so that we didn't talk about [Benghazi]"?

Rand Paul: 'Fire the CBO' For Finding that Immigration Reform Reduces the Deficit

Sen. Rand Paul says he neither believes nor understands the Congressional Budget Office report which found that the Senate immigration bill would reduce the deficit, mostly through the new revenues that come with an expansion of the tax base.

The Kentucky Republican told conservative talk show host Lars Larson that he doesn’t comprehend the CBO analysts’ math… and therefore they should be fired.

He said that “we ought to fire the CBO” and “go ahead and just get it done” without paying attention to their fancy, elitist math.

Paul: The bill is going to cost $6.5 billion. How do you spend $6.5 billion and it saves money?

Larson: I don’t know. I asked a Senator about that and said, what’s the logic that the CBO uses that this will cut the deficit? He said that in the CBO’s report it doesn’t actually explain the mechanism. Is it that they think that more illegals made legal will pay taxes, or that their costs will be lower in American society or they won’t use as much welfare? Do you have any idea what they mean by ‘this will cut the deficit’?

Paul: No, but I don’t believe it. It’s sort of like, they tell me they’re going to give everybody free health care in the country and that’s supposed to cut the deficit too.

Larson: Well that was a lie that a lot of Americans bought not once but twice, didn’t they?

Paul: Yeah I’m not sure anybody believes that stuff anymore. It’s partly why we ought to fire the CBO and just sort of tell people what we want to do and let’s go ahead and just get it done.

Joyner: 'Get Ready for a Second American Revolution'

Rick Joyner is once again predicting a “second American Revolution.” In his latest “prophetic bulletin,” Joyner accuses the Obama administration of establishing “tyranny” by “suppressing political opposition and even destroying the businesses and wealth of those who support causes counter to the Administrations.”

He cites the increasingly debunked claims that the White House used the IRS to target conservative groups. Joyner warns that we are “doomed” if people don’t rise up and prevent the creation of “the most oppressive totalitarian state in history.”

“The things our own Government is doing to us now are worse” than in the colonial era, Joyner writes. “We have all been duped, but now we need to all wake up or we may never wake up.”

He accuses liberals of supporting the Marxist police state, which he fears will be realized unless Americans “get ready for a second American Revolution to recover the principles and the freedoms won by the first one.”

We have a growing mountain of evidence that this most basic violation of every American’s privacy is already being used for other sinister purposes, like suppressing political opposition and even destroying the businesses and wealth of those who support causes counter to the Administrations. This is tyranny at its most basic level and the foundation of every police state. If we buy into the good intentions excuse, we are the most naïve sheep ever led to the slaughter.

What our Government is doing spying on Americans through the NSA is appalling. Yet when you combine it with the other cascading revelations about the use of the IRS, the FBI, and the DOJ to undermine or destroy political opponents, we must see that not only is the apparatus of the most terrible police state now in place, but the tactics of a police state are already being used.

All that our country was founded and built upon is at stake, and our fate will be decided over the next few months. We are now facing something much bigger than any Democratic or Republican Party issue. If this is allowed to stand, our Republic is doomed. We will soon be under the yoke of the most oppressive totalitarian state in history, made possible by our modern technology.

It has now fallen upon us to do what our Founders did when they risked their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor to throw off the yoke of the oppressor. The American Revolution was not a tax revolt as those who twist history would have us believe. The stifling and increasing taxation was number seventeen on their list of grievances. Far worse for the colonists were things like having their children kidnapped and made servants on British ships, having their property abused and even confiscated, and being treated like an occupied people by the British army. The things our own Government is doing to us now are worse.

Marx detested liberals, calling them “useful idiots.” He knew they were so naïve and easily manipulated that they could be used until absolute power had been seized. Then the liberals and the intelligentsia would be the first to be snuffed out. That has been the case with every totalitarian power to date. Why would anyone continue to think it would be different this time?

Remember Einstein’s definition of insanity—doing the same thing over and over but expecting different results? How is it that those who are supposed to be the smartest get so fooled every time? We should be encouraged that the ACLU woke up so fast to this unprecedented threat. Liberals are actually the most at risk from totalitarian control, but like the Jews in the Holocaust going to the showers thinking they were actually going to get a shower, the same tragedy is repeated over and over.

Idealism is a drug that makes you feel good while it is killing you. There is no political party, group, or single American that is not at risk from what we now have hanging over us. Everything America was born for and stands for is now threatened. We have all been duped, but now we need to all wake up or we may never wake up.

The abuses that have just been revealed about how the IRS was used to target this Administration’s political opponents are already looking like the tip of the iceberg. With Obamacare set to be managed by the IRS, it will put all of our records, health and financial, in their hands and in their control, with the authority to draw from our accounts without our permission. Might that explain why the head of the IRS visited the White House over 160 times in this Administration, three times more than even the most frequently visiting Cabinet member? We would have to be the most blind and naïve people of all time not to see the pattern of where this is headed.

Americans, get ready to arise. Get ready for a second American Revolution to recover the principles and the freedoms won by the first one.

We must also know that, in such times as these, some of the greatest patriots will be branded traitors, and some of the worst traitors can be branded patriots. We must resolve now that we will not be swayed by how we are portrayed by our Government, by our media, or even by the majority of Americans. We must resolve to just do the right thing with the conviction that liberty is worth paying any price to preserve.

If we go down in history as traitors while trying to do the right thing, we can be comforted that it will all be straightened out at the Judgment Seat of Christ. Regardless of what men may think of us now, we must take a stand for what is right for the sake of what is right and for our children. We must not be the generation that lost what so many paid such a dear price to give us. We must do the right thing because it is the right thing, leaving the consequences to the One in whom we have put our trust.

Iowa Religious Right Leader Defends Trump, Praises His Birther Crusade

Bob Vander Plaats, head of the Iowa-based Religious Right group The Family Leader, spoke with conservative Des Moines radio host Jan Mickelson last week to defend his invitation of twice-divorced casino magnate Donald Trump to speak at the group’s upcoming Family Leadership Summit. (The event is also sponsored by the Heritage Foundation’s advocacy arm and the National Organization for Marriage.) After all, Vander Plaats is the same man who tried to get Republican presidential candidates to sign a pledge swearing personal fidelity to their spouses and vowing to make it tougher to get a divorce.

But Vander Plaats insisted that “we’re not lowering our standards by bringing in Donald Trump. Donald Trump is coming up to our standards.” Vander Plaats went on to praise Trump for “being bold and saying some stuff that others just don’t want to say” including his insistence that President Obama “prove to us that you were born here.”

Vander Plaats was previously caught on video during the Republican presidential primary praising Trump’s birther efforts.

Vander Plaats: Trump has made no, I mean, he’s basically said he’s very interested in running for president. Part of our job is to vet. And we’re not lowering our standards by bringing in Donald Trump. Donald Trump is coming up to our standards. And so what we’re saying is, hey, if he wants to have a microphone and to speak to our audience, let’s see what he’s got to say. And I guarantee you….

Mickelson: You are going to have a dump button, aren’t you?

Vander Plaats: I will definitely. If Donald Trump says things that we just definitely don’t agree with, I will speak after him, and I will basically…

Mickelson: You will fire him.

Vander Plaats: You are fired! But he’s an intriguing fellow, and he’s been on the money with regards to international trade and our relationship with China, how that impacts the family. You remember just over the year ago, people were basically applauding Trump because at least he was being bold and saying some stuff that others just didn’t want to say. And even the deal of Obama’s birth certificate, whether people think that was ridiculous or not, at least he said, ‘Prove to us that you were born here.’

Robertson: Facebook Should Have 'Vomit' Button for Pictures of Gay Couples

After warning that the land will “vomit” out gays, Pat Robertson said that he vomits at the sight of gay couples. Responding to a viewer who wondered whether it was sinful to ‘Like’ Facebook photos of same-sex couples, Robertson said that Facebook needs a ‘Vomit’ button for such pictures: “You’ve got a couple of same-sex guys kissing, do you like that? Well that makes me want to throw up. To me I would punch ‘Vomit’ not ‘Like’ but they don’t give you that option on Facebook.”

Robertson Cites Levitical Death Penalty for Gays, Warns the Land Will 'Vomit You Out'

Today on the 700 Club, televangelist Pat Robertson reflected on a recent reading of the Old Testament and warned gays and lesbians that the land will “vomit you out.” Robertson said that Leviticus lists homosexuality as an “abomination” on par with incest and bestiality, “and those who do that in the Old Testament were stoned to death.”

He feared that the US is not heeding the Bible’s teaching that “the nations who were doing these things were vomited out of the land and the land vomited them out.”

“For some reason now the Supreme Court has said homosexuality is now a constitutional right and this decision that was handed down recently by the majority glorifies this activity and talks about the civil rights and all this, well the Bible didn’t talk about civil rights it talked about this was an offense against God and it was an offense against the land and the land would vomit you out.” Robertson continued. “Which is going to take precedence, the Supreme Court of the United States or the holy word of God?”

Of course, Robertson also believes that we should ignore what the Old Testament said about slavery.

Staver: With DOMA Ruling, 'We're Crossing Into The Realm Of Revolution'

Last year, Mat Staver warned that if the Supreme Court ruled in favor of marriage equality, it could lead to a civil war. And now that the Court has done that by striking down part of the Defense of Marriage Act, Staver is once again issuing that same warning.

Saying that the DOMA decision is actually worse than Roe v. Wade because that decision never forced anyone to get an abortion whereas now Christians are being forced to capitulate and accept gay marriage as legitimate under fear of persecution, Staver claimed that the nation is "crossing into the realm of rebellion, we're crossing into the realm of revolution" just like the nation faced heading into the American Revolution:
