People For the American Way released a new web video today, showing Kentucky Senate candidate Rand Paul outlining his extreme positions on government regulation, corporate accountability, and civil rights.

When BP’s negligence caused a massive oil spill that devastated coastal economies, Rand Paul said ‘accidents happen’ and said that efforts to hold the British oil giant accountable were ‘un-American’. Rand Paul even wants to gut the 1964 Civil Rights Act to allow businesses to discriminate based on race. A Senator Rand Paul would be a boon to big corporations, but a disaster for working Americans.
