One of the speakers at Larry Klayman’s rally launching the Second American Revolution was Belinda Bee, a coordinator of 2 Million Bikers to DC. The group initially came together in protest of a 9-11 event called Million American March Against Fear (which some dubbed the Million Muslim March). At the time the biker group was denied a permit to protest, which Bee told Fox News was part of a “political agenda.” In the end, thousands of bikers did roll through Washington that day. At Klayman’s rally, Bee expressed contempt for President Obama – she referred to him as... MORE

One of Gun Owners of America director Larry Pratt’s stock lines is about how the one exception to his anti-gun-law absolutism is that he supports banning “angry liberals” from owning firearms. The topic came up again yesterday when Pratt joined conspiracy theorist Alex Jones to discuss their joint effort to “take over the Republicans” with Tea Party leaders such as Ted Cruz and Ken Cuccinelli. Jones went off on a tangent on gun violence, claiming that “almost all” mass shooters come from “liberal Democrat families” and are “all into... MORE

Earlier this month, two male West Point cadets were married at U.S. Military Academy's Cadet Chapel and "Dr. Chaps' Gordon Klingenschmitt is predictably disgusted because the altar has now been desecrated by having acts of sodomy performed upon it. "When they take over the building," Klingenschmitt said, "that altar has now been desecrated; it's no longer sacred in the eyes of the Christians who believe the Bible because it's been consecrated with acts of sodomy performed on the Christian altar": MORE

Last year, the Religious Right group Movieguide was hysterical about the supposed dangers of The Hunger Games, fearing that the book and film series promote homosexuality and glorify dictators like Adolf Hitler. At The Awakening 2012, Movieguide head Ted Beahr repeatedly attacked The Hunger Games, blasting parents who brought their children to see the series’ first film for “corrupting your children” with “death and humanism and evil.” Beahr also linked The Hunger Games to promiscuous sex and abortion. But today, Movieguide announced that the second installment... MORE

Betsy McCaughey, who has built a career around disseminating misinformation about the health care reform law — even launching the “death panels” smear — joined Pat Robertson on the 700 Club today, where she was inaccurately labeled as a “health policy expert.” McCaughey agreed with Robertson when he warned that “people will die” as a result of the Affordabe Care Act. “Some people may even die,” she added. The televangelist, in turn, was awestruck by the “amazing” McCaughey, who he said “knows what she is talking... MORE

Last night on PoliticsNation, Rev. Al Sharpton highlighted Larry Klayman’s rally at the White House, which was billed as an attempt to overthrow President Obama. Sharpton featured Right Wing Watch footage of the event, including rants from Klayman, WorldNetDaily editor Joseph Farah, birther sheriff Richard Mack and a George Washington impersonator, with speaker after speaker calling not only for the House to impeach Obama but also for a second American Revolution. Sharpton noted that Ted Cruz, who joined Klayman at an event last month at which Klayman called for an uprising against the... MORE

Operation Rescue took a critical role in the campaign to pass a municipal 20-week abortion ban with nationwide implications in Albuquerque, New Mexico, which was defeated yesterday by a ten-point margin. Now, the extremist anti-choice group says it is looking “forward to another try” at banning later-term abortions in the city. Operation Rescue spokeswoman Cheryl Sullenger told LifeSiteNews that the group will continue its efforts to enact the Albuquerque ban. She even tried to explain away the measure’s decisive defeat by arguing that voters were confused by the ballot... MORE

As we noted yesterday, the entire Religious Right movement is in the process of freaking out over the fact that President Obama read a version of The Gettysburg Address that did not include the phrase "under God."  The simple fact that Obama was asked to read that specific version by documentary filmmaker Ken Burns does not, according to the Right, in any way absolve him of this grave sin, with Liberty Counsel fuming that "he has certainly failed to acknowledge God and Biblical values throughout his presidency" and Gary Bauer declaring that "God is not amused.... In an attempt to outdo Sean Hannity’s efforts to turn George Zimmerman into a hero, WorldNetDaily’s Jack Cashill is now writing a book that paints the killer as a conservative idol. Cashill even blames two recent allegations of domestic abuse, including claims of violence from Zimmerman’s estranged wife and girlfriend, on the media. “I’ve talked to his father and his brother and they said he’s just not the same person. I would say PTSD is probably a pretty good description of what’s going on,” Cashill told WND. “They took his job, took... MORE

On Monday, we noted that "Dr. Chaps" Gordon Klingenschmitt was continuing to take a victory lap after having filed multiple bogus copyright complaints against our YouTube account that resulted in our account being terminated approximately two weeks ago. Claiming that we had been stealing and misrepresenting his copyrighted content, Klingenschmitt said that if we removed all of our videos of him from our account, "then I may be willing to drop the case and forgive them." As we pointed out, we didn't need Klingenschmitt to forgive us because our videos are protected by... MORE
