Erik Rush thinks that gays and lesbians should be wary of supporting progressive causes because he predicts that one day left-wing governments will outlaw homosexuality and begin to persecute gay people.
Rush said on his radio show today that big-government leads to communism or Sharia law, systems that “do not tolerate homosexuality” since “they know countries or societies without a moral center don’t survive.”
“What’s going to happen is the political left is going to turn around once they are done using these people and they are going to start... MORE

One question we are often receive from readers and followers on Twitter or Facebook is how do we find the right-wing insanity on a daily basis to find the content posted on this blog. Because Glenn Beck is a paragon of principles and consistency, it makes perfect sense that one day after blasting President Obama for not walking out arm-in-arm with gay athletes during the opening ceremony at the Winter Olympics to send a message to the world, he is now offering the Robertson family of "Duck Dynasty" fame a place on his network, vowing never to hinder their ability to spread their anti-gay views.
Beck suggests that all every member of the Robertson clan ought to just answer every question they are asked from now on by simply repeating the statements that got Phil... MORE

After vowing to close his Family Talk organization if Obamacare’s contraception mandate is upheld in court, James Dobson yesterday likened conditions in the US to Nazi Germany.
Dobson told conservative talk show host Janet Mefferd that he knows a pastor who “expects to end his life in prison because that’s the direction that we’re going as a country,” warning that pastors will find themselves in a similar predicament as those who lived under the Nazi regime.
“Go back to 1939 when the German Lutheran church turned a blind eye to what Hitler was doing, not... MORE

Reflecting on his recent trip to Jamaica to defend the country’s ban on homosexuality, Peter LaBarbera of Americans For Truth About Homosexuality said that homosexuality must remain a crime because otherwise gay people may — gasp! — organize politically and demand equality under the law.
LaBarbera writes in an essay on his website that homosexuality acts like “an insatiable, devouring monster,” lamenting that “we in America have our own arrogant and vengeful ‘gay’ (LGBT) ‘monster in our midst.’”
Folks, when I was in Jamaica I... MORE

It is remarkable how, for the Religious Right, the First Amendment seems to mean they are allowed to say anything they want without receiving any criticism or suffering any consequences, but that appears to be the belief of everyone who is rushing to Phil Robertson's defense. MORE
