In the 2020 presidential election, it’s critical that progressives support a candidate who understands the importance of our courts – and who sits on them.

The Democratic nominee needs to speak out against the narrow-minded elitists being pushed by the Trump administration and make clear that, if elected, they’ll make it a priority to nominate fair-minded constitutionalists.
