Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s Supreme Court nomination shows D.C. Youth Mayor Addison Rose “that there’s nothing in this country, and truly in this world, that I can’t become.”

Judge Jackson’s nomination means something to so many of us. And to young Black women like Addison, it is a sign of hope for people like her who dare to dream big – and a sign, as Judge Jackson said, that they must persevere in pursuit of those dreams.
