About Mary:
- Mary as been an educator for 26 years, 12 of which she taught children on the spectrum. Currently, she serves as the principal of Bellfield Elementary.
- Mary served as Emporia’s Mayor as well as several terms on Emporia’s City Council.
- Mary has fought for scholarships for free community college, affordable housing programs, and infrastructure improvement.
