On Thursday, February 2nd, a coalition of groups including People For the American Way, Daily Kos and Granite State Progress will deliver over 100,000 petitions to New Hampshire Attorney General Michael A. Delaney, calling on him to conduct a full investigation of the alleged voter fraud conducted by activist James O’Keefe.
In January, O’Keefe led an effort to illegally obtain ballots in the names of deceased New Hampshire voters, a clear violation of the state’s voter protection laws. More than 100,000 people have signed a petition calling on Attorney General Delaney and U.S. Attorney John Kacavas to thoroughly investigate O’Keefe’s actions and enforce federal and state laws that prevent and punish voter fraud.
