“Today’s witnesses confirmed what the nation has seen all week: Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson is an exceptionally qualified nominee with unimpeachable character who must be confirmed as America’s next associate justice for the U.S. Supreme Court. As we heard today, she has received a unanimous rating of Well Qualified from the American Bar Association. The best legal minds in the country testified that Judge Jackson has the highest level of professional experience and a deep commitment to making legal decisions based on facts and careful interpretation of the law. She is a stellar nominee who will bring a much-needed perspective to the Supreme Court. We look forward to her swift confirmation.”
