Brett Kavanaugh lied under oath in 2004.  Brett Kavanaugh lied under oath in 2006.  Brett Kavanaugh lied under oath earlier this month.  So the indignant fury he unleashed before the Judiciary Committee after Christine Blasey Ford’s testimony doesn’t mean much.

But the fact that he specifically targeted his invective against committee Democrats, progressives, and supporters of Hillary Clinton … THAT means a great deal.

He is a federal judge on the D.C. Circuit.  There are no circumstances under which a sitting federal judge should engage in such a brutally partisan outburst.  A judge must avoid even the appearance of bias.  How could anyone not be concerned about bias after today?

Lying under oath already disqualified him from elevation to a lifetime seat on the Supreme Court.

His performance before the Judiciary Committee makes that even more obvious.
